aMinistry of Internal Affairs, 1 Parliament Way, Central Christchurch 0311.

aAny documents submitted digitally must remain under the maximum size of 5MB and
amust be of a PDF, RTF or Word Document filetype.

aSubmissions regarding this matter are open from the period of May 16 2000 - July 16
a2000 at 12am. A decision is expected to be made by Parliament on or before August
