Overview
This proposal would "liberate" its highly problematic target region, Confederacy of Layem. This would remove the region's current entry password and prevent a new one from being imposed, thus allowing antifascist forces to invade and destroy it.
Recommendation
The region in question is a stain on the game, with a long history of transphobia, intolerance, antagonism, and infiltration directed at other communities. While the region used to be relatively untouchable due to its active founder nation, that nation has recently been deleted by NationStates moderators due to violating site rules. This leaves the region's password as the only remaining obstacle to invading and destroying it. Therefore, the password should be removed via liberation as soon as possible.
For these reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends voting For the at-vote Security Council proposal, "Liberate Confederacy of Layem."
