Commendable and Condemnable Actions for The Security Council.

A list of commendable and condemnable actions:

Commendable Actions (Basically any of these can be reversed for condemns too):

• NS Sports.

• GCR Delegacies and the like, (disputed, but no one's about to take away McMasterdonia's and Pallaith's commends, are they?)

• Trading Cards (Referred to as "International Artwork" in many resolutions).
  -Issues Authoring. (Ex. Jutsa, Sacara's commends)

• World Assembly Resolutions. (Ton of resolutions. Some good examples that come off the top of my head are SC#394 and SC#236.)

• World Assembly Minister/Position actions (A good reference is MoWAA of Europeia, mentioned in a lot of commends for nations who held the position)

• Overall Minister Actions in big regions. (If they've done something notable in that position)

• Very high-ranking Defenders/Defending Actions (Ex. Draft of Commend Tim-Opolis,)

• Region building work.

• Extremely good stats (Ex. Kindjal Commend, PS2 Commend) (disputed)

• Rp work

Condemnable Actions:

• Card Farming Stuff (NSC condemn)

• Raiding (Ex. repealed Reventus Koth, repealed Jakker condemn)

• A lot of things from commends can be switched into condemns if they're "villainy" enough. (Some condemns refer to nations WA Authorship as "WA Exploits", ex. Tinfect)

• NS Sports (can be turned around to make it bad)

• -Bad Rp"

Remember: these are each piece of a commendation - they can be used to help - but they should not be the alone reason unless a special case (like raiding)
