Free Folk Meeting
In the 1500s, the Native Tribe of Histerna escaped to the soon to be Selenione Region from the european colonization and started to prosper with San Osasco's great climate full of rivers and surrounded by mountains, keeping humidity. Thanks to the rivers Jaguaribe and Solen the region expanded fast with waterways. The Histerna Tribe built temples on the mountain range and named the Hircine and Nocturnal peak after the Daedric Princes of their culture.
In 1608 the Tribe found a Golden Record which was written Night Visions in old tonge after their archeologists decoded the mesage and 14 years later (1622), according to written histories of that time, the image of Dan Reynolds and the members of the Imagine Dragons Pantheon and their beliefs adapted as they were the ones who ruled the San Osasco region. What then came after was a reign of peace and union as the main filosophy of the Record.
In 1940, war Refugees found the San Osasco land and were greeted with food, sheltter and friendship, as the Native Folk nurished a peaceful society and were lucky as the refugees only wanted help and were happy to be invited with open arms.
Following the meeting in 1940 the refugee group and the native people agreed on making a Community were they only followed one leader choosen by their old tradition which worked for several years before. The agreement was named the "O encontro das pessoas livres sob o rio Jaguaribe" (The free folk meeting by the Jaguaribe river") and there where settled the agreement and the family Hircine where to rule the land by their ideals as they represented the whole tribe and now, the refugees.
No more Tribe of Histerna nor Refugee Group, they were now united by the same flag and where the same people, the Neo Osasquences.
