Phoki Phasa the Viking

Phoki Phasa, a Viking Lord, found the island after he released wind whilst fishing. His boat flew half way across the ocean, landing him on an island in the middle of seemingly nowhere. Believing he was a destined prophet, Phoki founded his republic in a matter of days, employing a nearby tribe to build infrastructure, including a hotel, bridges, and a grand office known as the Phork Hall, now home to the most powerful political citizens of Phork Elbermenia.
