Chacapoyan Airspace Sovereignty Accords

Knowing that the usage of airplanes is an abomination punishable by a fate worse than death in Chacapoya, and that foreign flights that stray over the Greater Chacapoyan Territory risk being preyed upon by the native flit-swarms, The Council has set forth this agreement.

Signatories to these accords agree to mark the entirety of the Chacapoyan Territories as a No-Fly Zone, and are to ban any powered flights from entering said zone.
-Powered flights are hereby defined as those flying craft that derive their propulsion from a mechanical, electrical, or chemical impulse, or those that use magical energies to approximate such an impulse.
-The Chacapoyan Territories are the main Isle of Chacapoya, and the surrounding isles including the Chacapoyan Disputed Territories, as well as a 12km exclusion zone following the Chacapoyan coastline, including the Chacapoyan Gulf.
