The Gun Ban
TheRasutafian Government would Like to remind its citizens that firearms are outlawedPossessing and selling firearms is illegal for citizens unless said individual is working in an arms warehouse and selling directly to the military. Any and all non military related sells of firearms will be tracked and merchandise will be confiscated. We believe weaponry in the hands of citizens is a dangerous combination waiting for the perfect moment to cause disasterWe take pride in our country and strictly remind citizens that safety comes first so we always appreciate those who follow the law with pride and never ask the one single word question that haunts us all Why?
Here is the law in the book
This law is a reminder about firearms all clauses listed are in full effect
Guns and knives of all sorts are banned outright subjects may not carry under any circumstances individuals caught carrying violate the clauses of this law listed very plainly
Clauses: Weapons are not permitted on border in home or on ones person
Weapons must be taken to the military right away for confiscation failure to do so is punishment
We have the right to search your home for illegally obtained weapons at any time
Soldiers can search a home or vehicle without reason and do not need a warrant subjects are required to let them in no matter what
The relation to a subject and a crime depends on the subjects actions if they remain peaceful then a crime was not committed if they get hostile then they will automatically be charged with committing a crime regardless if crime was committed or not since owning the weapon is a crime
the subject can and will face all punishments for the crime of possessing a weapon
Subjects charged cannot hold the government responsible for the charges they face while in possession of the weapon in question and may not complain when caught
All punishments are carried out rightfully by an official subject may not complain nor resist these as that too is violating the law and further deems the subject liable to break the law and carry another weapon placing them in more trouble
The subject may only carry if they present a valid military license and did serve for some time all invalid permits will be denied from carrying a weapon
The Mighty Union of Rasutafia will monitor the subject at all times for any trace of the illegal obtaining of a weapon or weapons and will act against the subject
subjects can not and may not complain or protest the Unions decision and must lock the weapon in a facility regardless of rather they consent or not to a search
Consent does not exist if a weapon is seen or believed to exist on the subject we will search regardless of consent as existent in the consent act
By signing this bill the leader of Rasutafia not only promises to promote obedience but enstill trust of his subjects
All decisions on violations are final no turn backs no exceptions weapons are weapons and all subjects are treated the same way
