For simplicity and progress, the task of replacing the current Ridgefield Flag has been placed onto the Department of Internal Affairs.

Below will be various flag designs. Multiple reused from past proposals by various nations, and designs produced by the department to beef up selection. Some designs will be slight variations of a common flag and some are likely to look familiar.

Residents will each receive one vote to be cast on a flag design from the flag pool.
The top 3-5 designs(room to allow close calls)will move on to the Design Confirmation vote
The design conformation vote will be a ranked choice vote more details will come with its respective dispatch.
