We have but days to prepare for the coming apocalypse. The Ministry of Shadows has issued a state of impending emergency, and urges nations to stockpile antibiotics and VHS copies of Dawn of the Dead. Once the dead rise, we must all focus our scientists on creating a cure for those unfortunate enough to be turned. I urge you, do not raise arms against those poor citizens of yours that have fallen to this rotting blight. If we discover a cure we can return them to prosperous members of society, but I cannot say the same of corpses.

And as for those who reject the cure?
There may also be those who turn against the greater good and join the horde. These traitors will be dealt with swiftly, and their hordes cured before any lasting damage can be done. As for threats beyond our borders, the Council has been crafting a magical barrier that will descend around Refugia the moment any trace of the undead is detected. None will be able to enter our lands without the approval of the Ministry of Shadows, keeping us safe from the hordes that will surely lay waste to the world.

As for now, keep calm, worry not, and live like tomorrow is your last day, for it may very well be.
