Citizens have five votes with seven candidates to choose from. Members of the LegCo draft, debate and put to vote bills that the People's Assembly (all citizens) vote on to decide what becomes regional law. Reminder that all citizens can draft a bill and send it to the LegCo to discuss.

As already outlined in my campaign, this game will be quite simple: in a dedicated channel, the community creates a collective comic. To do this, everyone draws one panel at a time, continuing the story set by the previous ones. And that's about it! Get as creative as you like, and don't worry, there won't be an enforced "beauty standard" or the like (except sticking to, you know, the server rules and whatnot).
