DEFENSIVE INFRASTRUCTURE
NAME | DESCRIPTION |
Coastal Defense Complex One | A series of concrete trenches, bunkers, and coastal artillery mounts that stretch across Mirum's coastline that is supported by a big wall. The complex goes around (behind) cities and settlements on the coast, but all roads and railways do pass through checkpoints that are usually open but can be closed in the event of an emergency. The complex is usually not staffed except for guard patrols, but can comfortlyaccommodate large amounts of soldiers during times of war. |
ICBM Missile Silos | ICBM missile silos are compounds scattered throughout the country that hold multiple (in some cases, up to four) ICBMs for use on offense or defense. These structures are subterranean, with only the covered opening of the launch tube itself and the entry door being visible above ground. |
Cruise Missile Silos | Cruise Missile Silo are compounds scattered throughout the country that hold multiple (up to 36, in some cases) cruise missiles for defensive purposes. Unlike ICBM silos, they are partially above ground, with most being disguised as |
Bunker Networks | Linked subterranean bunkers are usually 'hidden' beneath large cities for civilians to retreat to in the event of an attack on the city. |
