The Organ Harvest Act
We reserve the right to harvest all organs off a citizen after death family may not speak negatively nor try to halt the process in any way shape or form. This act also determines said organs and tissues will be used for a mandatory biomedical research and development. Citizens upon the coming of age must sign and agree to these terms or else they will face the most severe punishment we can give. Hospitals may be ordered to undergo extensive inspection to make sure they are indeed abiding by this act.Organ Storage Requirements
This section is all requirements for organ storage. All Hospitals in Rasutafia must have an organ storage room in order to store the harvested organs of deceased citizens. Organ storage rooms must be a freezer and must be about 12x10 in size. Storage rooms must all be organized into sections by name of the organ. Storage rooms must also be properly guarded with at least 5 guards at a time or else the hospital facility may face some outstanding legal punishment. Rooms must be properly serviced every 2 weeks to guarantee they are in top shape and ready for use. Rooms must be locked unless access is required for the storage of an organ. Storage rooms must have a backup generator to keep them frozen as much as possible to keep the organs healthy for research.
Organ Harvesting Standard Procedure
Hospitals are to begin extraction at the immediate announcement of ones death waiting too long will disrupt the process and the hospital will face punishment under law. Doctors must start with an incision to the chest and pull organs out from the open chest until they can no longer reach an organ then they can cut wherever they want as deep as they need to. The procedure must continue till all organs have been removed from the patient and stored failure to do so will result in legal punishment. Doctors may not disclose the information about the harvest with the family or else legal punishment will be issued. All doctors must have a government official present at all times during a harvest for safety and secrecy.
Legal Punishments
Punishments such as closure of the hospital, execution of a head doctor, forced labor in a farm or family execution may be issued at the extent of the Rasutafian government additional punishments for failure to obey this act may also be announced. Any and all forms of punishment will be issued at the wishes of an official with a legal written statement.
