　　　　 　This treaty shall be produced in multiple copies. The Hanguk-Nipponese version of the treaty shall be considered utterly equivalent to the treaty in English. In the case of a divergence of interpretation, the English language version shall be considered authoritative and prevailing.

　　　　 　The Government of The Imperial Sinjōist State of Hanguk-Nippon, the Government of New dominion of canada, the Government of Mida gals, the Government of Awesome Imperium, the Government of Sutarianesia, the Government of The eternal swedish empire, the Government of Murelia, and the Government of Nivosea hereinafter referred to as the parties, high contracting parties, signatories:

　　　　 　Believing that mutual trust and goodwill can be facilitated between the states party to the treaty;
　　　　 　Seeking to officiate a state of amity between the signatories, and to work toward a world of peace, everlasting concord, and stability;
　　　　 　Cognizant of the multilateral diplomatic process and the World Assembly processions of public diplomacy;
　　　　 　Recognizing the necessity to formally establish official relations concerning international military, political, and humanitarian discourse;
　　　　 　Watchful of military and political threats within our respective worlds;
　　　　 　Respecting the delegations as holding equal plenipotentiary powers, given to the head of the delegation. His Excellency Chief Foreign Secretary Itsuki Gakyō (가京 이己) of Hanguk-Nippon, His Excellency Johnson Evans of the New Dominion of Canada, His Excellency Envoy Extraordinary Eric Watchestburg of Mida Gals, Her Excellency Ministress of Foreign Affairs of the Awesome Imperium Rachel Northrop, His Excellency Minister of Foreign Affairs of Sutarianesia Edward Kalno, His Excellency Envoy Extraordinary Johan Karlsson of The Eternal Swedish Empire, Her Excellency Envoy Extraordinary Lesya Flyorov, and His Excellency General Reginald of Nivosea shall be granted full plenipotentiary powers for the duration of the negotiations and amendments that may follow;

　　　　 　I. AGREEMENT
　　　　 　　　　　 1.　It is henceforth agreed that a treaty shall be established between Hanguk-Nippon, New dominion of canada, Mida gals, Awesome Imperium, Sutarianesia, The eternal swedish empire, Murelia, and Nivosea. Let there be an everlasting peace, understanding, commerce, and amity between our countries and peoples. 만年년。

　　　　 　II. DIPLOMATIC RECOGNITION
　　　　 　　　　　 1.　Signatories of this treaty recognize the authority of each government over their respective nations as definitive and the territorial sovereignty of their states.
　　　　 　　　　　 2.　Parties agree to reject overlapping territorial, maritime, airspace, and spatial claims of other nations.
　　　　 　　　　　 3.　The states involved shall establish formal diplomatic missions in the capital of the other. The diplomatic mission may take the form of any kind of embassy, consulate, or legation. An ambassador shall staff and maintain the mission, facilitate amity and communication, and provide consular services for nationals residing and travelling within the host nation.
　　　　 　　　　　　　　 3a.　Host governments are expected to provide security for the mission and the foreign diplomatic staff in their state. Host governments are also responsible for the sustenance of the mission and its staff, as well as the building or location that houses the mission.

　　　　 　III. CREATION OF THE MULTILATERAL DEFENSE ENTENTE
　　　　 　　　　　 1.　The high contracting parties hereby establish the Multilateral Defense Entente, hereinafter referred to as the "Entente".
　　　　 　　　　　 2.　In the case of warfare involving any member of the Entente, Hanguk-Nippon shall provide international aid including, but not limited to food, water, medicine and staff, construction supplies, and clothing if requested or after heavy destruction and/or casualties are inflicted upon another member.
　　　　 　　　　　 3.　Hanguk-Nippon reserves the right to conduct military exercises of any kind with members of the Pact on a predetermined basis agreed upon by the states involved.
　　　　 　　　　　 4.　Hanguk-Nippon will allow free and safe passage to military personnel and vehicles of the member states of the Entente. Likewise, the members of the Multilateral Defense Entente shall agree to allow safe and unhindered passage of Hanguk-Nipponese military personnel and vehicles through their states.
　　　　 　　　　　 5.　Hanguk-Nippon shall be granted representation at Entente meetings and conferrals. The position of Ambassador to the Multilateral Defense Entente will henceforth be established to fulfil this representative role. The ambassador is to be appointed by his Majesty the Emperor in case of vacancy.
　　　　 　　　　　 6.　A multilateral multi-governmental organ of the Entente shall be established to conduct collective diplomacy on behalf of the Entente and coordinate the efforts of the party states. This organ shall be called the Joint-Operations Committee.
　　　　 　　　　　　　　 6a.　The governments of the members of the Entente shall be entitled to one chair at the Committee. Each party government may appoint person to represent their nation's interests.
　　　　 　　　　　　　　 6b.　In a case of a dispute between member states, the Joint-Operations Committee shall assist in arbitrating the member's issues. If military disputes arise, the Joint-Operations Committee shall be permitted to dispatch a pan-Entente collective force if peacekeeping measures are necessary to ensure the safety of civilians and services.
　　　　 　　　　　　　　 6c.　The Joint-Operations Committee may be afforded its own independent representative at intergovernmental summits.
　　　　 　　　　　　　　 6d.　The Joint-Operations Committee shall hold summits bi-yearly in a location predetermined by the member governments. The summits may address the current state of affairs, international issues, military coordination, infrastructure projects, assistance in planning, humanitarian coordination, diplomatic coordination, and others issues of multinational scale.
　　　　 　　　　　　　　 6e.　The Joint-Operations Committee reserves the right to issue statements on behalf of the member states. It must receive approval from member governments for it to do so.
　　　　 　　　　　　　　 6f.　The Joint-Operations Committee reserves the right to determine and modify membership requirements for the Entente. Governments seeking membership are hereby required to submit an application to the Foreign Secretariat and the Joint-Operations Committee. Approval from both bodies is required for the membership process to begin.

　　　　 　IV. GOALS AND PRINCIPLES
　　　　 　　　　　 1.　The goals of the Entente shall be to maintain peace, security, and stability within member states through any means necessary, to maintain peacekeeping operations, to defend the independence and sovereignty of the member states, and to preserve international agreements.
　　　　 　　　　　 2.　The nations of the Multilateral Defense Entente agree to cooperate in their efforts to maintain security and collective peace in their respective regions of their respective worlds. The nations of the Entente shall not be barred from cooperating with other national or lower-level governments, intergovernmental or nongovernmental organizations, and other state or non-state actors.
　　　　 　　　　　 3.　The Multilateral Defense Entente shall respect the independence of member states and the affairs that fall within its members' national jurisdictions.
　　　　 　　　　　 4.　The Multilateral Defense Entente shall maintain the equality of its member states and respect the voluntariness of participation in an open and transparent manner, respecting the capabilities of the members.

　　　　 　V. NON-AGGRESSION
　　　　 　　　　　 1.　The nations of the Multilateral Defense Entente shall maintain a condition of non-aggression towards each other. The militaries of each state and non-state actor are barred from engaging in warfare against another.
　　　　 　　　　　 2.　The nations of the Multilateral Defense Entente shall sign a non-aggression pact. This pact shall remain in effect for the duration of the treaty's effect.

　　　　 　VI. CONCLUDING TERMS
　　　　 　　　　　 1.　This treaty may be amended within 15 days with request by any party. Any further amendments must be submitted to the Foreign Secretariat and must receive approval. A signatory may withdraw from this treaty on one months written notice given in writing. The Treaty will remain in force during the notice period.
　　　　 　　　　　 2.　A party may withdraw from this treaty within one month's notice in writing or conferral. This notice must be submitted to the Foreign Secretariat's office and the Joint-Operations Committee. Mutual approval is required for a party to exit the agreement.
　　　　 　　　　　 3.　Within the one month notice, citizens of either signatory country traveling abroad or residing in the territory of another country party to the treaty shall be granted free passage and departure without hindrance. During this period of time, the treaty shall remain in force.
