The Cicilian national football team (Cicilian: Nazionale di calcio di Cicilia) has officially represented Cicilia in international football since their first match in 1950. The team is known as 'I Gialli' (the Yellows). Cicilias home matches are played at various stadiums throughout Cicilia.

Current head coach of the team is Alessandro Fanucci, who can already look back on a successful career as a club coach and has even played in the national team.

The most famous players of the current national team are Francesco Peralta (goalkeeper), Roberto Altobelli (striker), Paolo Bonasera (team captain and midfielder) and Fabio de Rossi (defender). Many of the national team players play in the first league of Cicilia (Serie A) or in other international top teams.

The Cicilian Football Federation (Cicilian: Federazione Ciciliana Giuoco Calcio; FCGC), known colloquially as Federcalcio, is the governing body of football in Cicilia. It is based in Naples and the technical department is in Palermo.

It organises the Cicilian football leagues and Coppa Ciciliana. It is also responsible for appointing the management of the Cicilia national football team (men's), women's, and youth national football teams. The FCGC is member of the Mirror World Football Association (MIWFA).
