Arab States Reaffirm Commitment To Turkish Partnership
__________

The shaky partition of the United Kingdom of Levant was just that: shaky. The country was bisected along previous borders: Syria to join the Arabs by democracy, and Lebanon to join Egypt by force. Understandably, Ankara and its Sultan found themselves on edge. Seeking to remedy this, Ayman Safadi, Minister of Foreign Affairs, reached out to Turkey in hopes of soothing worries.

The message reaffirmed that Baghdad did not seek hostility or seek to pressure Turkey. It had no interest in pursuing the land dispute around Hatay province. It reiterated that Baghdad remained committed to the Tigris-Euphrates Enrichment Agreement and saw it as a baseline for further Arab-Turkish relations and cooperation. It suggested further cooperation on security, including joint efforts against PKK communists and terrorists and joint naval exercises in the Eastern Mediterranean. Above all, it hoped to confirm that Baghdad still views Ankara as a friendly and productive regional partner.

Arab federal states wrote:
President Khalil: "I have nothing else. Our joint interest in Eastern Mediterranean naval security is of greatest concern to me. As the ANN expands, I believe we would do well to cooperate on this matter. The Turkish Navy is undeniably the key to Eastern Mediteranean defense threats."

Abessinienreich wrote:| Sultan Abdul Hamid III | "Ah I see, would you like Joint naval exercises? Perhaps the Aksaz Naval Command Fleet will be happy to conduct training and exercises in the Eastern Mediterranean Sea."

Arab federal states wrote:
President Khalil: "I would. Our newly acquired Gowind corvettes will need the training. And who better to look to the might of Ankara. I've seen your Izmir Carriers before, they are truly a sight to behold."

Abessinienreich wrote:| The Sultan chuckles. |

| Sultan Abdul Hamid III | "Thank you Khalil, Trainings will start. Also Regarding on the PKK organization, what are you willing to send to help? Perhaps together we can track down members in Syria, where most of them come from."

Arab federal states wrote:
President Khalil: "I think a joint anti-terror mission would be productive. PKK has been their own nuisance in Syria, but our National Police and Counter-Terrorism Bureau are making progress in their defeat. I think cooperation on this matter would be excellent to bring our nations closer together. Another matter: the Trans-Arabian Pipeline. The Arab States and Saudi Arabia are beginning an endeavor to build new oil and natural gas pipelines in the region. I think extending this into Turkey could be lucrative for us all, as well as provide a new market and energy option for Europe."

Abessinienreich wrote:| Sultan Abdul Hamid III | "Perfect, the Turkish Special Forces will be sent to support your attacks against the PKK. Your Trans-Arabian Pipeline could connect to the Turk-Syrian Pipeline which connects to the Ankara pipeline system which outlets lead to both Russia, Iran, and the Caucasus region and Europe, I will assist in such construction of the Pipeline for better energy transport."

Arab federal states wrote:
President Khalil: "Excellent. We will send a Battalion of our Special Police Commando's to assist your own fight. I believe cooperation between Turkey, the Arab States, and Saudi Arabia is key to regional stability. And integrating energy infrastructure in this way will deepen those stabilizing ties. This has been a very productive conversation, your Highness. I'm glad we could speak.

Abessinienreich wrote:| Sultan Abdul Hamid III | "I am also glad we have made this call, your Special Police Commandos will be welcome in Turkey, Thank you Mr. Khalil and Good day."
