The Sovereign Titanic Soviet Pact is an intergovernmental military and economic alliance between 7 Titanic countries. The organisation implements Sovereign Titanic Soviet Treaty that was signed on the 25th of February, 2278 during the Charmiva Convention officially replacing the Soviet Alliance.
STSP constitutes a system of collective security, whereby its independent member states agree to mutual defence in response to an attack by any external party. The STSP headquarters are located in Neo-Sovietgrad Megacity, RLEGO, with a second headquarters located in Charmiva, Charmi, and a third in Tonlletta, Tonzane.
The alliance in many ways still effects like the Soviet Alliance but it has also been changed Substantially. The combined military spending of all STSP members constituted a major amount of Titanic spending.
