The northern most state of Kapi decided that they did not want anything to do with the conflict. So they ceded, and promised to join whoever wins the war. Wilson did not want to send his army away from the front lines and so he let them be. Meanwhile, the radical part of the ULP decided to rebel against Wilson Franklin. They waited for the perfect opportunity to rebel,on the 3rd of December, Wilson went out of Diderdash City to meet with his generals for an attack. So the radicals (workers movement) rose up in Diderdash City and declared the Diderdash commune ( totally not based after the Paris commune) Wilson, surprised sent troops defending the taka river to put down the rebellion . The west concol government hearing this, decided to do a counteroffensive.
