I shall explain the context for you all.

On the 17th February 2021, I was contacted by South reinkalistan with an invite to a Discord server called 'The Shiny Place'. Here lay people that are now associated with the AWF, with the owner of this server being Kyavan. Kyavan invited me to the server because quote 'I want you here because you have been nothing but chill since I've met you as one of my many faces. And I think your based'

I received this invite while in a VC with Aeioux, and we proceeded to ask questions to the group there. It is here I noticed that the defendant West heisen was in this server. Now, this action itself is fine, as Jocospor knew about it.

I took notes and screenshots of some of the messages that Heisen had sent in this server (this is where the evidence has come from) and a short while later I was kicked from the server. The defendant was abusing his position as Emeritius Councillor, a role that granted him certain access to governmental channels on the CCD Discord Server, to look at classified material that the Imperial Council were discussing, and pass this on to this group of people. These actions were to help Kyavan infiltrate the CCD and it's Discord server, starting with what we think was Magnus Mechanium. It is clear as day that the defendant was colluding with this group in order to infiltrate the CCD, a treasonous action, which is now being punished.

We liked you Heisen. It is a shame that this is how your story ends.
