Regions and Divisions of Denolia (Old RP/Defunct)
Denolia is a federal state comprised of 10 Regions, which serve as the primary federal subdivision. The Regions have limited autonomy, wherein they may establish their own laws if it does not contradict federal law.The 10 Regions can be further divided into various Divisions, of which there are currently 3 types:
Province - The primary second-level division; has limited autonomy from a province’s respective Region (similar to the relation Regions have with the federal government).
Territory - Controlled directly by the federal government, with little-to-no autonomy of its own.
Free Zone - Exist as ports of trade where foreign business can set up and shop and/or trade (with oversight from the federal government).
