The nations of Romaniche, Legionarya, Akumanga, etc, hereafter referred to as the First Party;

and the nations of Koedric, Koroskvy, Kamchakta, etc, hereafter referred to as the Second Party;

• Admitting that a worldwide state of war has existed between the First and Second Parties since [insert date of the war's beginning]
• Understanding that the nations of the First and Second Parties seek only to maintain sovereignty and peace within their respective territories,
• Conceding that the conflict between the First and Second Parties has failed to produce a definite result thus far,
• Recognizing that the lack of a distinctive advantage in either Party could prolong the conflict indefinitely,
• Desiring to end further bloodshed and material destruction, and to restore peace in the region

Hereby establishes an honorable peace through the Treaty of Byzantolis

Article 1:
Upon ratification, all belligerents of the global conflict shall cease all continuing military operations and campaigns, and begin the process of demobilization.

Article 2:
All prisoners captured in the course of the conflict shall be speedily returned to their country of origin.

Article 3:
All troops shall be withdrawn from foreign soil not ceded in another article of this treaty.

Article 4:
The following territorial changes will be:
a. Koedric will keep Urukian Somalia
b. Koroskvy will gain Urukian Italy
c. Koedric will keep Carthage
d. Aetherian territory will be included in a separate treaty with Olivedrabia and Koroskvy

Article 5:
All signatories must recognize each other's territorial integrity.

Article 6:
Every diplomatic and economic relation (alliances, trade deals, NAPs, technological sharing programs, joint programs, investments, etc.) between the opposing parties will be renegotiated and restarted in separate meetings.

Article 7:
Acknowledgment that the Confederacy started the war and that peace must be cooperative and founded on the common ground between CoR and UoFW.

Article 8:
All signatories must recognize the Legion as the sole and legitimate Soldrania. Any other contenders or government without a legitimate foundation shall be not recognized by the International Community.

Article 9:
War Reparations:
a. Urukian must pay $145 billion to Koedric and Koroskvy. $45 billion to Koroskvy and the rest to Koedric. The payment will be done yearly during a timespan of 5 years.

Article 10:
Recognizing the Independence of Urukian India and that the Moori Government is legitimate. No contenders or imposters shall not be recognized and supported.

Article 11:
Any article can be added, removed, or negotiated only through the consent and accord of both parties.

Article 12:
Any remaining participant in the war who isn't a signatory/participant in the summit can peace out if agrees with the terms of the Treaty of Byzantolis or of a separate treaty between the signatories
