Employment and Job Descriptions in the Chancery

Heads of the Chancery


Ambassador
  • Excluding the Founder, the Ambassador shall be the highest ranking officer in The Chancery.

  • The Ambassador shall head all diplomatic activity regarding The Chancery.

  • The Ambassador shall be accredited to the executive heads (Founder and/or World Assembly Delegate) of the receiving regions.

Chargé d'affaires

  • The Chargé d'affaires shall be accredited to the foreign minister of the receiving regions.

  • The Chargé d'affaires shall head The Chancery during the absence of the Founder.

Managers of the Chancery

Minister

  • The Minister shall serve as the deputy head of The Chancery.

  • The Minister shall be accredited to the executive head (Founder and/or World Assembly Delegate) of the receiving region.

  • Management in The Chancery shall be headed by the Minister.

Minister-Counsellor

  • The Minister-Counsellor may supervise and assist the offices of The Chancery.

  • The Minister-Counsellor shall have the power to manage The Chancery.

  • The Minister-Counsellor shall head management in The Chancery during the absence of the Minister.

  • The Minister-Counsellor shall assume the powers and duties of the Minister during the absence of the Minister

Counsellor

  • The Counsellor shall direct and assist the offices of The Chancery.

  • The Counsellor should help resolve any issues that may appear in the offices of The Chancery, and the Counsellor should seek help from the other two managers, the Ambassador, or the Founder if such an issue is unable to be resolved.

Officers of the Chancery

  • Each office in The Chancery shall contain the following positions.

First Secretary

  • The First Secretary is the head of an office.

  • The First Secretary should regularly provide a simple update from the First Secretary's office.

Second Secretary

  • The Second Secretary shall assist the First Secretary in the operations of the Second Secretary's office.

  • The Second Secretary shall assume the powers and duties of the First Secretary during the absence of the First Secretary.

Third Secretary

  • The Third Secretary shall assist the other two secretaries in the operations of the Third Secretary's office.

Attaché

  • An attaché is a diplomatic officer who shall carry out the duties of an office.

Assistant Attaché

  • An assistant attaché shall assist the attaché in carrying out the duties of an office.

Note: The Founder may appoint and dismiss officers, managers, or heads at any time.
