Citizens are not permitted to use internet ever and are strictly monitored to make sure they abide by this at all times legal punishment is provided if they do not follow this law
Citizens may use computers for private work and other non internet related purposes. any citizen caught trying to find a way around this law will be instantly punished for his or her actions and the family will face some very tricky legal issues with the possibility of execution.
Punishments include
Fines of 400 doosableas or more
A required search of the property by government officials
Hauled off to a government facility for questioning and community service monitored by the government.Forced to work with no pay and very little food or water under the legal slavery act of Rasutafia.
Execution of both perpetrator and the perpetrator's family ordered by the government various methods may be used.
Eviction from the nation by force.
Physical abuse such as whipping, beating ,kicking, punching, spitting, uppercuts and other forms may be used by the government to teach citizens obedience.
Verbal abuse such as name calling, cursing , put downs , threats and other forms may be used by the government to keep the citizen in line and force obedience.
Various other bizarre or cruel punishments will be discussed
Keep in mind punishments are not in written order and may occur in any order at any given time if law is broken
The Mighty Union of Rasutafia does not tolerate the use of internet ever and will enforce this law at the strictest level we can citizens will be reminded to follow this law and remain obedient or be punished
