[size=115][b][color=#379c6a]This piece of legislation hereby amends/establishes/ratifies the following:[/size][/color][/b] [b]Section I: Constitutional Repeal[/b] [list=i] [*] Hereby repeals and removes [i]Article VI - The Judicial Branch[/i], [i]Clause 10[/i], of the [i]Constitution[/i]. [/list] [b]Section II: Ownership[/b] [list=i] [*] There shall at all times be a NationStates nation designated as the official nation of the region. [*] Additional puppets may be created to represent the FNR in an official capacity or to conduct other specific administrative duties. [*] The Speaker of the Assembly (speaker) shall be given permissions or a method to amend and edit the entire law archive of FNR on all applicable mediums. [/list] [b]Section III: Archives[/b] [list=i] [*] The Speaker shall be responsible for ensuring an up-to-date law archive, with a maximum of 48 hours to implement changes. [*] A law archive must be established in an official nation of the region. [list=a] [*] Within the archive, two separate tables shall be enforced for repealed and failed legislation and another for active legislation. [*] The law archive must include: [list=i] [*] Legislation currently in debate or voting stages. [*] The current status of a piece of legislation (i.e. repealed, amended, failed, passed.) [*] The author of the legislation. [*] The date passed or failed. [*] If applicable, the date amended and/or repealed. [/list] [/list] [*] An additional law archive must be established on an offsite platform belonging to the region. [*] On a biannual basis, the speaker shall be responsible for backing up all law archives in raw format into a plain text document. [/list] [b]Section IV: Formatting[/b] [list=i] [*] The Speaker shall ensure that all legislation looks uniform. [*] If text within legislation is repealed, it shall be changed to the following format: [color=red][strike]Repealed Text[/strike][/color] [pre][color=red][strike][/strike][/color][/pre] [*] If text within legislation is amended, it shall be changed to the following format: [color=green]New text.[/color] [strike]Old text.[/strike] [pre][color=green][/color] [strike][/strike][/pre] [*] Legislation titles shall hereby be enforced in the following manner: [list=a] [*] Must be formatted in the Dispatch title as "FNR | Legislation: [i]Name[/i]". [list=i] [*] If repealed, the Dispatch title shall be displayed as "FNR | Repealed Legislation: [i]Name[/i]. [*] If failed, the Dispatch title shall be displayed as "FNR | Failed Legislation: [i]Name[/i] [/list] [*] May not be a duplicate or very similar title to another legislation as per the Speakers discretion. [/list] [/list] [b]Section V: Implementation[/b] [list=i] [*] Upon introduction of this legislation, the Speaker shall have a maximum of 14 days (336 hours) to implement all aforementioned changes.
