Preamble:
ACKNOWLEDGING: that the FNR Workers Act of 2019 at this time is not written within the legislative quality that has been naturally set and therefore its readability was reduced.
UNDERSTANDING: that a multitude of clauses within the Workers Act of 2019 is no longer in use and has not been enforced by the Supreme Court.
This piece of legislation hereby amends/establishes/ratifies the following:
Section I: Repeal
Hereby repeals the FNR Workers Act of 2019 in its entirety.

Full Name: The Free Nations Region Worker’s Act 2019
Abbreviation: FNR Worker’s Act of 2019 RL-004

Brief Purpose: This Bill is intended to bring more opportunities for citizens in the region. They will be able to work in the regional government Ministries by simply applying for a ministry. This bill will also help our Ministers to be more effective with their agendas.Section I: The Free Nations Region Worker’s Act of 2019 creates more jobs for citizens to sign up for. Each Ministry shall be granted these special privileges,
Each Minister shall have the power to appoint a Deputy Minister to help run their Ministry without Legislature approval. The Deputy Minister can be mentored, and learn the traits to someday run for that position. The Deputy Minister is next in line to succeed that Minister if they resign, cease to exist, removed from office, or are inactive for 15 consecutive days with no acknowledgement. The Deputy will then be named the Acting Minister for 15 days, or until they are permanently confirmed by the Legislature to serve the remainder of the term. If the Legislature cannot confirm them, the President is charged with nominating another candidate.
Each Ministry may hire up to five additional personnel including the Deputy Minister to help with the day to day operations of the Ministry. Those employees will stay members regardless of the election results. They are not elected officials. Those members will be granted the special permissions for that respective Ministry channel.
The President reserves the right to hire personnel to help with their Presidential agenda. The President reserves the right to remove employees only if, poses a threat to regional security, are inactive, charged, and convicted of a crime, or DoS by NS mods. The President cannot remove them for political reasons, disagreements with their policy, or running for an office.
Each Minister shall be charged with designing an application, and recruitment for their Ministry. They may send regional telegrams, advertising on the RMB, or even setup on the discord.
The Supreme Court reserves the right to hire 3 court clerks, or one clerk per Justice. The court clerks will be charged with the helping the Justices ensure that every government official is following the constitution, all citizens maintain the requirements for citizenship, gain skillful education on the constitution, and become certified as an attorney if they serve for 6 months as a court clerk.
Each Minister, or Justice shall design a special ribbon, or button. This is a great way to award citizens for their service to that Ministry or branch of government.
This bill also establishes the FNR Historical Society that will be charged with keeping up with the history in FNR. This special commission is appointed by the President. They are life term members, who may resign at any time. There will be a maximum of 5 members.

Section II: President
The President hereby reserves the right to:
Hire non-ministerial staff at their own discretion.
Remove their own staff at their own discretion.
Section III: Ministries
Each established ministry during a presidential term hereby reserves the right to:
Hire staff members at their own discretion in accordance with The Free Nations Region Apprenticeship Program Act (RL-017).
Remove staff members if a unanimous agreement can be reached between the respective Minister, the WA delegate, and the President.
Each ministry is hereby encouraged to design an awards system for their respective staff.
Section IV: Apprentinceship Amendment
Hereby amends Section II: Registration, Clause i., Sub-Section a. to state:
"They must be a resident of The Free Nations Region."Hereby amends Section II: Registration, Clause i., Sub-Section d. to state:
"They shall visit the appropriate regional Discord channel to recieve a masking for their ministry of interest."
Section V: Judicial
Justices of the Supreme Court as a collective hereby reserves the right to:
Hire court staff at their own discretion.
Remove their own court staff at their own discretion.
Court staff are not allowed to replace the duties of a Justice in a court case or trial.
Court staff may aid in duties regarding law enforcement, archiving, and various court programs.
