"It is not the responsibility of this Court to artificially interfere in the God-given rights to mankind; they are, in my interpretation of the Constitution, to be unmolested and untouched except by the hand of a legislator, and even then within the remit of the Constitution. The right of a woman to choose falls under that protection, it always has, and it always will."
- LeBlanc's unprecedented opinion on June Medical Services v. Russo

Lewis Romeo LeBlanc, Jr. is an American lawyer and jurist who serves as the Attorney General of the United States. LeBlanc is one of the most polarising figures in modern American politics. During his time as a federal judge - a position which he was nominated by President George W. Bush - he was one of the most conservative judges in the country. This record resulted in his selection and subsequent nomination by President Donald J. Trump to the United States Supreme Court. LeBlanc's nomination was one of the most contentious in history, with a 50-50 tie in the Senate, forcing Vice President Mike Pence to cast the deciding vote.

Abortion rights activists decried him as a 'radical extremist'. LeBlanc's record in the federal judiciary did not make this a difficult presumption to make.

Instead, from the first judgement LeBlanc made, news anchors were awestruck at his seemingly extremely libertarian opinions. His vote in the landmark June Medical Services v. Russo abortion rights case was described by some as even more liberal than the liberal justices on the court, and President Trump publicly derided LeBlanc, calling him a 'lightweight' and a 'fool' on Twitter.

In 2021, President-elect Dulles Ashford announced he was nominating Romeo LeBlanc to the office of Attorney General of the United States. LeBlanc immediately retired from the Supreme Court and his vacancy was filled by Merrick Garland, the lawyer who many said LeBlanc 'stole the Supreme Court position' from.

LeBlanc remains a political independent but retains his liberal views. In July 2021, LeBlanc directed federal prosecutors to build a case against former President Donald Trump, already convicted and removed from office.
