how they operate jobs with communism

to ensure no collapse, people are assigned jobs. well, not quite. let me explain, once you turn 18 no matter if you have graduated high school or not, you fill out a job application form for what job you want. the form is a 2 page form on personal info, future plans for life if any and, of course, why you want the job. there is a 90% chance you will get the job. however, if the job field is full, you will be reassigned a different one by the government (usually this job is similar to the one you wanted). after you are assigned a job, whether the one you chose or one given, the government will send informative info and you will get free tours of colleges. while in other communist countries you may get to go to college for free, you still have to pay but is 85% less expensive than other places in the world. this college will give you in depth knowledge in the job you want and are considered some of the best colleges in the world (though it is hard for foreigners to go to them). these forms used to be done with pen and paper but in 2014 they changed it to digital.

you do not have to fill out the form if you do not care. 2% of people don't fill one out.
