Location
Tovenia is located to the North-West of the Island of Araito (peacefully shared with our long time neighbour 
Araine and new neighbour 
Duneraven) located in the north of the region of Refugia.
Aliances and Treaties
Along with Araine, Tovenia is a co-founder and proud advocate of the Araito Treaty. A shared ethos and set of rights for all signatories.
- The right to travel and stay without a visa
- The right work without a visa
- Access to free healthcare
- Access to education at no additional cost
Treaty Requirements:
1. Have signed the Climate Treaty
2. Have Universal Health Care
3. Maintain a civil rights score of at least 60
4. Maintain public education at a minimum of 5500
5. Maintain public healthcare at a minimum of 5500

The following nations meet all but one entry requirement and are provisional signatories. They have pledged to meet the full treaty requirements as soon as possible. Their citizens are presently granted access to visa-free employment and travel.
