An Accord concluded on [date] by the United Assembly of Nations and the United Kingdom of Orange-Bourgogne, for the recognition of the latter as an official Observer State to the former, and for connected purposes.
His Majesty HENRY THE FIRST of the United Kingdom of Orange-Bourgogne and the other Realms, Dominions, and Territories thereunto beloging, King, etc.; hereinafter reffered to as "His Majesty", who is represented by His Excellency The Right Honourable Arthur of Avalon, MP, in his capacity as Prime Minister of the said United Kingdom
the UNITED ASSEMBLY OF NATIONS; hereinafter referred to as the "Organisation", represented by [style] [name] [style], in [his/her] capacity as [office] of the said Organisation
HAVING EXCHANGED their credentials, His Excellency Arthur of Avalon MP and [representative] have agreed and concluded the following provisions:―
His Majesty, His heirs and successors, being sovereigns of the United Kingdom of Orange-Bourgogne, shall be recognised by all institutions of the Organisation as an official Observer from the moment this Accord comes into effect.
-1. His Majesty may appoint, during pleasure, one of His subjects as representative with the title of "[His Majesty's] Permanent Representative" to the Organisation, which shall receive the same and grant all privileges and immunities due for a diplomat of the rank of an Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.
-2. The Organisation may appoint, during pleasure, one of the subjects of any of the Member States as representative with the title of "High Representative [of the United Assembly of Nations]" to His Majesty, who shall receive the same and grant all privileges and immunities due for a diplomat of the rank of an Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.
-3. Both the Permanent Representative and the High Representative shall do their utmost to maintain good and friendly relations between His Majesty and the Organisation.
His Majesty's representative shall have the following privileges in relation to the Organisation:
(a) that he may attend all meetings open to all Member States of the Organisation;
(b) that he may speak during all meetings open to all Member States of the Organisation, and furthermore all other meetings in which Orange-Bourgognian interests are directly affected;
(c) that he may receive all documents available to all Member States of the Organisation;
(d) that he may submit documents to the Organisation; and
(e) that he may request an appreciation from the Organisation in relation to any subject of interest to the United Kingdom.
His Majesty's representative shall be excluded from having the following privileges in relation to the Organisation:
(a) that he may cast a ballot or take part in any other vote in any of the divisions;
(b) that he may make amendments in any document that could at any stage become binding on the Member States;
(c) that he may make proposals that could at any stage become binding on the Member States;
(d) that he may raise a point of order or a point of procedure in any meeting in which he is allowed to speak;
(e) that he may speak at or attend a meeting not mentioned in the previous Article of this Accord under subs a or b respectively.
-1. In no way, shape, or form shall His Majesty be bound by any measure of the Organisation.
-2. In no way, shape, or form shall the Organisation be bound by any measure of His Majesty.
The Organisation and His Majesty may, as they please, make further provisions with regards to their relationship.
Upon a serious violation, or repeated violations, of any provision(s) of this Accord, either party may suspend or terminate the whole after due notification is given to the other.
Disputes brought forth because of a provision of this Accord shall be determined jointly by the Permanent Representative and an official the Organisation shall appoint for that purpose.
