The Palm Tree of Community for December goes to Eastern New England (as chosen by the Deputy). This nation has been creating the WASP awards for the past year and has been working on a WA voter overview.

Awarded to WA nations in 10KI that endorse the WA Delegate
The Mangoes of the Islands award is also presented to those who endorse the Delegate, with recipients being shown on the monthly WASP dispatch.
