Charoskania, officially the Kingdom of Charoskania, is a country in South America bordering Patagonia to the South, Brazil to the east, and Peru to the north. With a population of about 200 Million people, it is the most populous country in the South American Continent. It is a Constitutional Monarchy, and it's Capital is Alucarn.
The Nation is located in territory where the Inca, Tiwanaku and other empires flourished. In the period between the 1500s and the 1600s, Portuguese Settlers colonized the region from Brazil. Soon after, the Polish fled to the Region due to the Partitions of Poland, specifically the First.
Etymology
The named "Charoskania" derives from the term "Pharos", also known as the Lighthouse of Alexandria. The term was first coined when the Portuguese discovered large Statues on the coast of the Tiwanaku Empire, holding torches, reminiscent to Lighthouses back at home. Therefore the name literally means "of the Ligthouse".
