Monarch ( means: Queen of the Cretanjan Realm )
•1. The Monarch of New Cretanja will posses executive administrative powers granted by the Triumvirate Duchy.
•2. The Monarch of New Cretanja will be allowed to impose constraint reign over the realm within the Chancellery of Cretanja.
•3. The Monarch of the Cretanjan Realm will be the only member of the Nobility that will be guaranteed a government position by the title they are granted. As Monarch of the Cretanjan Isles and Her Realm, will be automatically lifted as Head of State upon coronation, with all the perks the office officially grants. ( Veto Privileges and Executive Administrative Powers )
•4. The Monarch of Cretanja will not be allowed to directly propose legislation to the New Cretanjan Chancellery, but must however rely on an appointed Chancellor ( of which there is only one appointed Chancellor ) to propose legislation on their behalf within the legislative body.
•5. The Cretanjan Monarch will be granted the highest position of nobility for the entirety of a 6 Months term. However, the reigning Monarch will not be constrained to term-limits. Every 6 months, a region wide poll would be erected where a majority vote will determine if the Reigning Monarch is to be kept on the Throne.
•6. The Reigning Monarch reserves the right to determine the requirements that will grant a person citizenship as a Cretanjan Citizen.
*The Official decree in which royal coronations will be held at high standards and will be treated as a defining cultural aspect of the nobility within the Cretanjan Isles. Once and Heir is named, and the previous Monarch has been removed from the throne ( through death or otherwise ), the Coronation will begin. It will be customary for both the Appointed and Elected Chancellors to outwardly and publicly announce their loyalty to Cretanja, Her Realms, and the new Monarch of Cretanja. It will also be customary, after the Chancellors announce their loyalty for the High Lord Justice of the Grande Court to outwardly and publicly end the coronation by stating ( on the RMB ): "By powers of the Court invested to me, as the nobility see fit, Long Live the Queen!" This last statement from the High Lord Justice rectifies and grounds the legitimacy of the new reigning Monarch.

Princess of Royal ( means: Heir, Crown Princess to the Cretanjan Throne and Crown )
•1. The Crown Princess must be of highborn status to effectively become heir to Cretanja.
•2. The Crown Princess of New Cretanja will be directly chosen by the Duchesses of the Triumvirate Duchy.
•3. Once the Triumvirate Duchy has chosen an official Heir to the Throne and Crown, the title may not be removed until death. In such a case where the Princess of Royal has 'cte', the Triumvirate Duchy will convene to elect a new Heir to the Cretanjan Realm.
•4. The title of Princess of Royal does not guarantee a position in the government of New Cretanja.

Triumvirate Duchy ( means: The Council of Three Duchesses )
•1. The Duchesses of the Triumvirate Duchy will be granted their titles under the Monarch of Cretanja.
•2. The titles within this institution granted to highborn citizens upon being appointed into the Triumvirate by the Monarch are as follows: Duchess of Norsta, Duchess of Tadbergers, and Duchess of New Heights. Having one title over the other will not advance a highborn citizen in their social rank as all three members of the Triumvirate is a pyramid of equal sides.
•3. Once a citizen of highborn status been granted one of the three Duchy titles, the title may not be removed until death. In such a case where one of the Triumvirate Duchy members have 'cte', the Monarch of New Cretanja must announce a replacement to the title should there be enough highborn citizenry within the Queendom. If the population of highborn citizens permit it, the Monarch of New Cretanja must make an official announce of Her appointment to the Triumvirate Duchy within 30 days that the late member 'cte'.
•4. If there is not enough highborn citizens within Cretanja Queendom to fill every role of the nobility and it's titles after the reign of a previous Monarch, the newly Triumvirate Chosen Princess being crowned Monarch of New Cretanja will then reserve the right to choose their own Heir of New Cretanja.
•5. The Triumvirate will be the sole responsible body in deciding the Heir of New Cretanja. ( So Monarchs, should in theory appoint highborn citizens as Duchess, that they wish to see succeed them ) As chosen directly by the Monarch to serve as the Triumvirates, they will be tasked with becoming very esteemed in social etiquette and will be expected to uphold a pose of dignity and loyalty to the Throne and Crown of Cretanja. Whenever the need for an Heir of be presented ( as in the death of a Monarch, and the Coronation of the previous Crown Princess as Queen ) the three Triumvirate members will convene and choose a new Heir among themselves. The three must reach an official agreement on which of them will be lifted as Princess of Royal within 30 Days. Any time after, the reigning Monarch will reserve their new right to choose their own Heir of New Cretanja.
•6. The title of Duchess does not guarantee a position in the government of New Cretanja.

Countess of Ausland
•1. The Countess of Ausland will be a citizen of the Queendom who will be granted this title by the Monarchy, whom will be responsible for maintaining and keeping up-to-date records of the line of Monarchs, Crown Heirs, Duchess, and even previous Counts. ( it will be upmost duty of the Minister to ensure the records are kept neat with raw copies routinely being sent to the Cretanja NS Account" Cretanja )
•2. The Countess of Ausland may be a citizen of highborn or commonborn status. Their lineage will not be a determining factor if they can or can not keep accurate and legible documented records on the Cretanjan Nobility.

Chancellery ( means: The Diet of Chancellors )
•1. There will be two equal in status and cooperating Chancellors within the Chancellery.
•2. The first Chancellor will be appointed by the Monarch of Cretanja personally, to represent the legislative presence of the Nobility Class. The second Chancellor will be elected directly by the Cretanjan public, to represent the legislative presence of the highborn and commonborn citizenry within the Queendom. Each Chancellor will be granted the Administrative Regional Powers of Embassies and Communications.
•3. Each Chancellor will also be allowed to propose legislation/laws. No matter which Chancellor proposed a piece of legislation, it must not be allowed to further advance for approval unless both Chancellors agree ( or can agree on a revision via cooperation and compromise ).
•4. Pieces of Legislation proposed by either Chancellors and agreed upon by both will proceed to the Monarch for the Official Approval. Any law must receive approval from the Monarch before being enacted.
•5. Each Chancellor will be responsible for appointing an Information's Minister. These Information Ministers will have no legislative power and will only be used in the Chancellery as official Keepers of the Census Records.
•6. Each Chancellor ( and their appointed Ministers ) serve a term of 3 Months with a term limit called "the staggered two". Each Chancellor is allowed to serve two terms consecutively. One may be elected twice consecutively and one be appointed twice consecutively. However, once appointed or elected twice in a row, the Chancellor may not serve again until after another citizen was appointed/elected Chancellor for at least one term. In a sense, Chancellors have will have no terms limits, but after serving two, must step down for at the very least one term.
•7. Crossover in Chancellery Titles are not allowed. Meaning, once a citizen has been appointed to serve as the Appointed Chancellor, they then can not after their two terms run for Elected Chancellor. The Appointed Chancellor will should always be a citizen of highborn status ( WA ) as they are appointed to serve in the legislative body in a way that best protects the interests of the Nobility Class. However, that is not to say that having a highborn citizen run and be elected as the Elected Chancellor would be unreasonable. The Office of Elective Chancellor is a representative of the highborn ( none-nobles ) and commonborn citizens alike. Corruption in Chancellors will be prevented by ensuring that once being an Elected Chancellor, they always in future tenures, pursue the Elected Chancellor career.
*The official decree in which the winning elected Chancellor and the appointed Chancellor both outwardly and publicly announce their intentions within their term as Chancellor. It will be customary for the Monarch of Cretanja to send the Elected Chancellor a congratulations telegram as well as publicly stating ( on the RMB ): "Respect the Appointed, Bless the Elected".

Information Ministers
•1. The two appointed Information Ministers ( one appointed by each Chancellor ) will be responsible for keeping the official citizenry and political Records, working together to keep accurate data and information. The Information each will record in their records, is depending on which Chancellor appointed them. Both Information Ministers will as well be granted the Administrative Regional Power of Polls.
•2. The Information Minister whom was appointed by the Elected Chancellor will record the census records of the influx of immigrates, their names, where they came from, and the date in which they migrated to Cretanja. These records will also show which citizens who are legal, approved citizens of the Queendom and who is not. ( it will be the upmost duty of the Minister to ensure the records are kept neat with raw copies routinely being sent to the Cretanja NS Account" Cretanja )
•3. The Information Minister whom was appointed by the Appointed Chancellor will record everything significant that happens within the region regarding the nature of politics within the Realm. These records could show legislation proposals that either passed, or failed, veto'd legislation from the Monarch, the rise of a new Monarch, the fall of an old one, the latest cases within the Grande Court of Cretanja, and information regarding the recent happenings of all Cretanjan Allies. ( it will be the upmost duty of the Minister to ensure the records are kept neat and in order, with raw copies routinely being sent to the Cretanja NS Account" Cretanja )
•4. Ministers of Information will serve only so long as the Chancellors do. Once the Chancellor has been removed from office, so will the Minister in which they appointed. However, Ministers may be appointed over and over again with no terms and no limitations with who the chancellor is that appointed them.

The Grande Court of Cretanja
•1. There will be one head Justice within the Grande Court of Cretanja, by the title of High Lord Justice.
•2. The High Lord Justice will be responsible for passing judgement on all pieces of legislation that proposed by the Chancellery and approved by the Monarch by determining if the piece of legislation in question goes against to laws and regulations for-mentioned within this document of Laws of the Land. Any piece of legislation proposed by the Chancellery and approved by the Monarch that is deemed in defiance with Cretanjan law, will be immediately voted on for approval by the entirety of the Grande Court of Cretanja ( Tribunal Justices )
•3. The High Lord Justice, if approves of legislation passed by the Monarch, must keep a records dispatch that displays all the pieces of legislation that they reviewed for approval. Any such records dispatch must contain the information of the legislation, if approved or not, and the date in which the legislation went into a state of effective law. ( it will be the upmost duty of the High Lord Justice to ensure the records dispatch are kept neat with raw copies routinely being sent to the Cretanja NS Account" Cretanja ).
•4. The High Lord Justice will be elected for a term of 3 Months with no imposed term-limits. Having the leisure of being able to re-run many times over for the position. The High Lord Justice will also receive the Regional Administrative Power of Border Control. Use of the Border Control power must be approved in by different people, in the various ways in which it may be used. In the case of Password Protecting the region, both the Appointed Chancellor and the Elected Chancellor must agree and approve use of this power. In the case of Ejecting a citizen from the Realm, the entirety of the Grande Court of Cretanja ( Tribunal Justices ) must approve if the "crime fits the time." The ability to ban a citizen from the Queenom is not granted as a permissible power the High Lord Justice may exercise. This power is reserved only for the Monarch of New Cretanja.

Tribunal Justices
•1. Any citizen of the Queendom, at any time, may join the Grande Court of Cretanja as a Tribunal Justice. Tribunal Justices will enter the court with the means of assisting the High Lord Justice in either tasks or in official cases. The High Lord Justice will be expected to respect and seek political council from any Tribunal Justice in the court. The High Lord Justice may even request that citizen of the Queendom enter the court briefly to help assist with any certain case. ( As mentioned in the above section )
•2. The position of Tribunal Justice is not an elective nor official government position within New Cretanja. However, the Tribunal Justices are treated as though they are even for the briefest of moments that they are in the court. Becoming a Tribunal Justice is not meant to be a permanent role for someone to occupy in the court, however, volunteering and entering the court at any time is allowed.
