Create a Map - Paste it onto your RP dispatch, so participants can claim areas of land, or make up their own land masses. Set a cap on how much land nations can claim.
Create a Chart - This is to be pasted below your map, and include the participants nations, their land area, population, density, GDP, and military budget.
Calculate Population - For this you need the participants land area (sq km) and GDP per capita. First, you must calculate nations population densities (per sq km) using GDP per capita. The recommended a density of about 7.36 per sq km.
To work out nations populations, use this equation: (land area) x (population density) = (population).
Calculate GDP - Use this equation: (GDP per capita - $43,000 is recommended) x (population) = (GDP).
Calculate Military Budget - For this, you must ask the participants what they wish their military budget to be. A cap of 5% should be set. To calculate military budget - use this equation: (percentage of GDP)/100 x GDP = Military Budget.
Obey the RMB Regulations - Although this is technically a different region, the Loranian RMB Regulations still apply. Breaking them multiple times in RPs, could result in being kicked from the RP.
If your nation CTE's when participating in an RP, it will be removed from the map and it's territory will be claimable again.
Expansion into unclaimed territory must be reasonable, and considerate of other/future participants.
You can swap your territory to an unclaimed area, but this area must be the same size or smaller than your previous territory.
Any trade or land annexation must have the consent of all the participants involved in it, and Loranian RP Region Founder must be sent a verification telegram from each nation.
Overlapping claims will be treated as a 'Disputed Area', not officially recognised as part of any nation, until all parties involved have come to an agreement over who controls that particular area.
