Porflox-Zaberaz Hapang deal

Zaberaz hapang shall give blueprints for antimatter energy generators. In exchange, Porflox agrees to allow 200 ships (both sea-faring and space-faring) into our ports, as well as 300 airplanes into our airports, per in-game month. ZH agrees that there will be no military or weapons on said vehicles. The agreement is indefinite, but ZH may terminate the sending of vehicles to Porflox at any time.
