Allied Overcommand - List of Weighty Menishen: Sovietish Block (Work Underway)

NIGHRIGHTSFORTOKENNESSList of Weighty Menishen || Allied Overcommand
“ Well, I trust you already know some of these folks, but it’s still nevertheless a good thing to keep in mind who all of these are and what we know about them, so read up. From what I know, what’s written here is the best we know of these men and women as gathered by spies from all of the Allied Lands; however, that does not mean that 100% of what you read is true. The Commies, like us, like to hide things as much as they like showing off, and they hide them damn well... not as good as we do, but still. And, who knows? Maybe you’ll meet one of them over a cup of tea! Not that half of these folks are the kinds who you’d want to drink tea with; most likely you’ll see yourself in front of a gun barrel... or worse. ”

ALEKSANDR ROMANOV

Aleksandr Alekseevich Romanov (Russish: Александр Алексеевич Романов), also known as Alexander Romanoff, is as of now the Premier of the USSR, Stoolman of the Rede of Folkscommissars, Generalissimus of the Sovietunion, as well as the de facto leader of the Sovietish Block. Born in Swedeland to Aleksey Nikolaevich Romanov and Ekaterina Petrovna Orlova, he was 25 when he was chosen by the Allied Lands as the orset of Iosif Dzugashvili in 1953.

Much of what happened in his early life is unknown. Sovietish propaganda says he was born in Stockholm to the Romanov family, going to Russland many times in his childhood and early grownhood, before finally bytreading the Sovietish Heere in 1949, even becoming a "crigsheleth". However, it is known to Allied nighrights that he had never set foot on Russland until 1953, nor had he any militarish outbilthing. He had some dealings with the White Heere through telegrams, but as the White Bewaying was crushed by Dzugashvili, he would never fight under their banner. What is known to both, however, is that he was an upholder of frith between the Allies and Comintern.

At first, he was unliked by most of the Sovietish regeringsstaff and militarish officers that belaved after the death of Dzugashvili. However, where the Allies could only nudge the most threatening officers out through gerights or thwanged rowestand, he did an all-out sobering of his underlings akin to what his forerunner, Dzugashvili, did when he rose to weald. The Allied Overcommand then did not bat an eye since most of their foes fell under Romanov's list of menishen to get rid of.

Around the mid-1960s, after nearly fully ridding his withstanders, Romanov began a tyge of withbuilding of Sovietish industry and beweaponing of the Red Heere. At first somewhat bound by the frithfordrawing's bethingenings, he slowly swelled up his heere while still putting up a front as a man of frith. Many politicers in the Allied Lands called Romanov's deeds "fordrawingsbreaches", though others were alright with loosening the bounds for the sake of forhindering another worldcrig; the latter won out, and Romanov kept on mostly unhindered.

Romanov seems a glad yet wayward man. He is often rather warm when speaking to most folks, and is sprightly when giving redes; this is often his bilth in Sovietish propaganda. However, when it comes to his work as Premier, he shows his true side of ruthless yet worksome leadership. He did not mind working folk to death in withbuilding the USSR, and would not shy away from making threats to get his way. He is known to have been wed twice, once in 1955 and again in 1963. Both his former wives left him only a few years after being wed.

He leads the USSR from the Kremlin in Moscow, a heavily strengthened stronghold wardened by the Black Watch, known in Russish as the Chernye Strazhi, a besunder onehood of the Sovietish Heere that are Romanov's selfly lifewards. Any ongripe on Moscow would be bloody like in the last crig.

WENLI YANG

Wenli Yang (Chineish: 楊文里), also written as Yang Wên-li in Eastasianish naming, is the Statesstoolman of the Revolutionary Folkscomittee of China, Generalissimus of the DFRC, President and Speaker of the Chineish Folksforsamling, and First Limbman of the Chineish Politburo. He was a former soldier, crigslord, and marshal in the Folksbefreeingsarmy before thrusting himself to weald in a putsch against his forerunner.

Born to an unknown farming family in Shensi some years after the fall of the Ch'ing Dynasty. Little else is known about him other than he became a wose at 11 years of eld, was thwanged to be a soldier under the Kuomintang to fight the communistish uprisers at 15 years, and switched sides after being fanged by the Chineish Red Heere some time after that.

After the death of Tsetung Mao at the hands of the Japanish, the Chineish Communistish Party splintered into sundry groups. Yang came back to Shensi, already leading a few hundred soldiers; his weald soon stretched over the whole province, as well as the marklands of other provinces, since there was no regering nor heere to beshield them. Some years afterward, Kaishek Chiang was murdered by a Kuomintang limbman, and Chineish Republic's already brittle regering broke almost forthwith. Yang linked up with other criglords "under" the CCP, many of whom were getting guns and food from the USSR, and took over Nanking, Peking, Shanghai, and other weighty steads. Yang became one of the Marshals under the Stoolman of the new DFRC, Teh Chu.

In 1965, Chu died of oldness, and Stoolmanship was given to his benamed aftercomer, Werthshipsminister Fang Liu. It is worth noting that there was an inside split amongst the limbmen of the CCP at the time—the Reformists under Liu and the Hardliners under Yang. Most of Chu's Marshals were Hardliners, and while Liu fanded to be rid of them, he was banished from China after Yang led 45,000 troops into Nanking in the Chineish Putsch of 1967. Liu meanwhile is now being sheltered by the FSA in Baltimore, Maryland.

Yang kept China's closeness with the USSR, although he does not tosteven with Romanov's "headship" of the worldwide Sovietish Block. He puts a front of ruliness and charisma when on the openly eye, although is known to often have fits of anger, besunderly at his underlings. While China's headstead is indeed Nanking, he stays at his home in the berghs of Shensi most of the time.

The Generalissimus is known to have a fondness for winning medals, orders, and other outtokenings. So far, he has 71 of these; 8 come from lands friendly with China, 11 given while he was not yet Stoolman, and the belaving 52 bestowed upon him by himself. Many Chinamen and Outlanders alike say that he will need a "bigger breast" if he were to give himself more.

FIDÉLIS DE CASTRO

João Fidélis Henriques Alcântara Sapateiro de Castro is the Secretary of the Praesidium of the Latinamericanish Socialistish Statesbound as well as High Overcommander of the Foroned Stridecrafts of the Statesbound. Beforehand, he was a revolutionnaire and "freedom fighter" from Lusitania. He is the closest the Latinish Statesbound has to a man like Premier Romanov.

What is known about his early life comes from he himself. He says he was born and lived most of his childhood near the stead of Corumba, next to the mark with Paraway. He spoke both Portugish and Spanish as a child while helping his earm father, who was a woodcutter. He was raised the eldest of four brethren, two of whom would not live beyond childhood. He dropped out of middleschool, which is when he had a brush with Communistish fighters hiding in the woods near his hometown. He said he bytreaded them when he was 17, leaving his father, mother, and brother behind.

He was thwanged to leave Lusitania later, going with his communistish band at first to Paraway and then to the Platestream, where he boarded a ship to New Granadia. There, he helped overthrow the Venesilish regering with the backing of New Spanish, New Granadish, and Middleamericanish troops. A General at the New Spanish Red Heere at this point, he also led troops into Aequator, before calling on the growing communistish bewaying in Lusitania to march into January Stream in the Lusitanish Revolution of 1959. After the reds won, he was benamed the first Premier of the new Socialistish Boundsrepublic of Lusitania.

When the fraign of a leader for the new Latinish Socialistish Statesbound came, Castro ran at the forefront. And, by wale, he won. As the new Secretary of the Praesidium, he handed over Premiership of Lusitania to his underling, Gabriel Araújo, and set about shaping the system of the Statesbound to how he saw fit. He gave himself a lot of weald over its states, the Statesbound becoming more of a loose boundstate than a forband of states. He also lined himself and the Statesbound with the USSR and the Sovietish Block, meeting many times with Romanov.

Castro has been said to be hardworking, strong, and true to what he stands for as a communist. He has also been said to be unforgiving and wrathful, besunderly when things are not going his way. He is fond of taback, and is often seen with a pipe or a sigarre. He steadfastly believes in the communistish ideals, and stands for a so-called "World Revolution", working with the USSR and Romanov as "fellow communists" to bring this about.

Noteworthily, he has a love for cow's milk, as well as foods from milk, such as cheese and iceream. He has befealened the building of great cowfarms across the Latinish Statesbound, mostly in Lusitania, New Spain, and the Platestream. His beloved cow, named Ubre Blanca, is said to make up to four times the milk of a gemean cow; de Castro has often talked about her being the "forefront of communistish breeding".

VLADIMIR GOLITSYN

Vladimir Vladimirovich Golitsyn (Russish: Владимир Владимирович Голицын) is a highranking Sovietish officer from Russland with the rank of Marshal of the Sovietunion, who is the Head of the Sovietish General Staff as well as the Folkscommissar for Military Dealings. He is the first in the USSR to hold the rank of Marshal since the Twithe Worldcrig.

Little is known of Golitsyn's youth, but he bytreaded the Workers' and Farmers' Red Heere as a new Leftenant right in the last year old crig, rushed to the frontlines along with thousands of other ill-outbilthed officers by a forlorn USSR. By luck, he lived to see the end of the crig. When the Allied Lands withstighted the Red Heere after the crig, he was befurthered to the rank of Major, skipping Overleftenant and Headman. He then became an Overstleftenant in 1960 and an Overst in 1966, after which he signed up for the V. P. Topolov General Staff Academy of Moscow, where he studied for two and a half years and was said to be an "outstanding" bewharver for generalship.

As a Generalmajor, Golitsyn thened as the befealingsofficer of the 116th Infantry Brigade. He was sent to the Ruthenish Uprising of 1970 under the oversight of Generaloverst Vladimir Kosygin, where he spearheaded the Sovietish march on Zaporozhe, on the banks of the Dnieper. For his sige, he became a Generalleftenant in 1971, as well as caught the eye of Premier Aleksandr Romanov. After the murder of General Kosygin in 1974, Golitsyn was befurthered to orset him—quoth some Allied spies, Golitsyn is likely behind the killing, but this as of now stays unproven. Golitsyn's worthgang was helped by his closeness with Romanov, who in 1980 gave him the rank of Marshal of the Sovietunion.

Golitsyn stood at the forefront in Romanov's project of withbuilding the Sovietish military. For byspel, the Ob'ekt 161 T-1 "Apokalipsis" sare-heavy pancer was his brainchild, which he based off the old crig's IS-5-II "Mamont" heavy pancers, built to be an unbesigebere crigsmachine with its thick rysting, 125mm twin guns, and four rocketwarpers for dealing with both land and loft markles; however, its sheer weight and grett made it costly to make, and so only a few hundred were built before herestelling was shifted to other stridewagons.

Vladimir Golitsyn is a prideful, boastful, and daring man, though he has the cunning and orfaring to back this up. He is mayhaps the best commander the USSR has right now, and so is the greatest militarish threat to the Allied Lands. His death or fastnimming is a high forerank, but be careful when fighting against him.

ANATOLIY CHERDENKO

Anatoliy Bogdanovich Cherdenko (Ruthenish: Анатолій Богданович Черденко) is a Sovietish statesman from Ruthenia and the USSR's Folkscommissar for Inner Dealings, better known as the Director of the NKVD.

Cherdenko was born in Ruthenia to Cossackish kin a few years before the old crig began. He saw in his childhood the fall of the USSR to the Allied Lands, and he and his kinsmen were thwanged to be flightlings until the crig's end, so he fostered a deep hatred for the west. After the crig, they came back to their hometown on the farmlands near Nikolaev, where he witnessed firsthand the Allied besetting of Ruthenia.

He bytreaded the "Militsiya", which fell under the NKVD, of the Ruthenish SSR sometime in the 1960s. At first a smalltime officer in his hometown, he was later posted at Kiew as a Leftenant, later a Headman, and then a Major. In the Ruthenish Uprising of 1970, he was among the first to fight against the uprisers. He led a team of fourteen men in the Slaught of Paton Bridge to hold off the uprisers as the rest of the stead's Militsiya withdrew to the town of Browary. Eleven out of the fourteen lived, inholding Cherdenko, and they were gefanged by the uprisers; they were freed after the Belairing of Kiew two weeks after they were taken.

For his deeds in Kiew, he was given four medals and two orders in Moscow by Premier Romanov himself. After thaning for three years as the Head of Kiew's Militsiya, he was given an ambight at Offdealing 2 in Main Directory of Statessickerhood, or GUGB, in Moscow, where he bode his time and fanded to get closer to the Premier for the sake of his worthgang. In 1979, the former Director of the NKVD, Stanislau Kalinouski, inwent rowestand, and a fraign was raised over his orset. An older officer of higher rank, Fëdor Maksimov, was at first thought by many to be the new Director, but Premier Romanov chose Cherdenko in the end.

Anatoliy Cherdenko is a straightforward and steadfast man who has been seen to be quick to anger. He has often shown pride for his Cossackish blood and he seems true to the Communistish Party under Romanov. After becoming the NKVD's head, we have seen more and more fiendish deeds done by Sovietish spies against the Allied Lands.

YURIY DRAKULEVSKIY

Yuriy Vladislavich Drakulevskiy (Russish: Юрий Владиславич Дракулевский) is a Generalleftenant, or General-leytenant, in the Red Heere, who has been seen together many times with Premier Romanov, and is known to have a seat in the Sovietish General Staff. Little is known about this man, and among what is known, what is true or false is hard to find out; it is even unknown whether or not "Yuriy Drakulevskiy" is his true name.

Drakulevskiy's cenneds and birthord are unknown, although there is one paper from the NKVD that says he has Wallachish roots; the said paper is not rather trustworthy, however. He first shows up in Sovietish outtokenings by 1950, where he is said to have been overseeing a project of Premier Dzhugashvili's, inholding both the NKVD and the Red Heere, known only as "Omega". As the old crig came to an end, Drakulevskiy would forswind for some time before meeting the new Premier Romanov sometime in the 1950s. He was taken into the new Red Heere with his old rank of Overst.

It is unknown whether or not the "Omega" project was started anew, although quoth many Allied spies, it seems unlikely. However, in the few times Drakulevskiy is seen, he is often near Premier Romanov. Around the 1960s, he became a Generalmajor and then later a Generalleftenant. Sovietish papers found by Allied spies seem to withspeak each other; one says he was the befealsofficer of a "1st Besunder Infantry Brigade" somewhere in the Wallachish side of the Carpaths, and another says he was the overseer of a stronghold in the Urals.

In the Ruthenish Uprising, Drakulevskiy was known to be inheld in the fighting, commanding the 18th Guards Division; Drakulevskiy's division did nothing of note aside from helping in the Belairing of Pripyat. After the Uprising, Drakulevskiy again forswinded from the openly eye. Papers also become hazy around this time up to the 1980s. In 1981, he has been benamed the befealsofficer a new corps in the Red Heere, the 5th Guardcorps "Epsilon", grounded as part of Romanov's building up of the Sovietish Military.

A man shrouded and mostly staying in the background, his selfhood can only be known by tying together the patchwork of writings and sayings about him. Many call him either stern or earnest. When talking, he goes and stays straight to the point. However, he has also been called ruly and hovely, and while forbidding, has neither been truly angry or lashed out.

He is one of the most wellknown crigsheleths of the Twithe Worldcrig, being one of the few men to be named "Heleth of the Sovietunion" twice, and is often called the "greatest Russer to have ever lived".
