The Cabinet is the government formed by the Imperial Senate and consists of the following subdivisions:

1. Office of the President, headed by the President;

2. Office of the Vice-President, headed by the Vice-President;

3. Department of Finance, headed by the Treasurer;

4. Department of Arts and Communications, headed by the Director;

5. Department of Defense, headed by the Secretary.
   

The President is elected or appointed as outlined in the Imperial Senate Act VI

The non-presidential Cabinet subdivisions (see I.i.b-e) are filled by the President, with the restrictions applied as outlined in the Imperial Senate Act VI.vi

The general duties of the Cabinet include:

1. To enforce all laws set out by the region by means that are approved by the Imperial Council.

The Director of the Department of Arts and Communications must administrate and maintain the Confederation's Work Production Programme at all times, with active recruitment.

The Secretary of the Department of Defence has the following duties:

1. The Secretary must moderate all active conflicts within the region.

2. The Secretary must do everything in their power to prevent potential conflicts from arising within the region.

3. The Secretary must keep a public record of all conflicts within the region.
   

The Treasurer of the Department of Finance must keep an accurate record of the state of the economy of the Confederation.

The Vice-President must stimulate and moderate peaceful discussions between nations within the region.

1. The Vice-President must be available to help any Imperial Senator in formatting motions and legislation.

2. The Vice-President must verify that motions meet the official standard.
   

The President has the following duties:

1. The President must ensure all other members of the Cabinet fill out their duties.

2. The President must keep a public historical record of timespans for which the Cabinet members hold their positions, starting from the 16th of May 2020.

3. The President must encourage motions to be created within the Imperial Senate.

4. The President must sign all approved motions with the Presidential Seal.
   

The general authority the Cabinet includes:

1. The ability to warn member regions about breaking the rules defined in the Code of Law 6.I.b

2. The ability to use funds available to the respective Departments and Offices for development only, without any permission needed.

The Secretary of the Department of Defence has the authority to limit the use of the military for conflicting nations and any other members of the region that want to take part in the conflict.

1. This limit must be announced on the RMB, within three days of the start of the conflict.

The Vice-President has the authority to force Confederation members to change the subject of a discussion or terminate it entirely.

1. The discussions must be held on either the RMB, a NationSates forum, or the Discord Server.

The President holds the authority over the specific duties of the Cabinet, commanding that they are completed.

1. The President holds the authority to suppress RMB posts as per the Code of Law 6.I.b, 6.II.a and 6.III.a.
   

If a government officer is unable to carry out their duties, the President has the authority to act on behalf of the former.

1. If the President is unable to carry out their duties, the Vice-President has the authority to act on behalf of the President.
