[spoiler=Ministry review][i]The commendation focuses on the Red Fleet, one of NationStates' 
prominent anti-fascist organisations, and seeks to commend them for 
their actions in the fight to stop fascism. The proposal highlights many
 commendable actions the Red Fleet has taken over its history to 
eliminate fascism and other hateful ideologies. The proposal is 
well-written and detailed and does not present any issues. Therefore, 
the Council recommends a vote FOR this resolution.[/i][/spoiler]
