Articles of Toppat Security

The Toppat Clan, a region of terrorists and anarchists who think alike, who share a common interest in foreign affairs, have fought together to show unity against the governments who dare damper our efforts in a peaceful society of stolen loot shared amongst the clan. Therefore, to keep our system intact, guidelines had been put in place to ensure the anarchy prevails.

1. The Toppat Clan region officially respects all forms of government, whether on the left or right wing, though within may ask to differ.

2. A general election is to be held every two months, no matter the day or week. Via the polls or #general-election channel on The Toppat Clan's Discord, all may vote for few selected candidates.

3. Three polls are to be held during the election session (each one lasts two days), which will then be put through Single Transferable Vote (STV). You must choose a different candidate in each poll. If you don't comply, your vote will be not counted when calculating election results. Keep that in mind. (This clause will be reset when each election begins) (The 3 polls are meant to emulate the ability to have more than one choice in STV) (the reason why it has to be 3 polls is that you have your favorite, second favorite, and third favorite).

4. Any known attackers, Lily for example, try to mess with our region, they will be met with our valor.

5. If there are less than or equal too 3 candidates/political parties present, then we may resort to using First Past the Post (FPTP).
