The time has come for the Call to reach out of Nakhlistan, to submit to the Absolute One and to confirm the path of His callers, from the first to the last that have passed, those who have separed the truth from falsehood.

1) The. Absolute One is the One and Only, and humans are one community to show Him gratitude by helping each other.

2) Everyone has the right to answer the Call to Prayer to the Absolute One that is recited 5 times a day at the Congregational Halls.

3) Volontary killings and muderers are punishable by death. However the family of the victim may decide to forgive the murderer or they can ask blood-money instead.

4) The person that is found guilty of theft will have is hand cut-off.

5) Drugs and alcohol are forbidden. Both sellers and users are flogged 80 times.

6) Fornication and adultery are banned. Fornication is punishable by 100 lashes and adultery with stoning.

7) Anyone is free to believe in any religion or ideology but anything leading to social disorder will not be tolerated.

8) Politicians and religious figures should not have any salary but they will receive a minimum amount from the Public Treasury. They are called to live modestly as the poorer citizen of their country. Rule implies to serve, not to be served!

9) Sustainable forms of ruralism are endorsed and supported. Healthy and halal lifestyle is promoted.

10) Every citizen has the right to own a land that he himself farms and the houses that he builds.

11) Abortion is banned.

12) Traditional family values should be abided.

13) Music is outlawed.

14) Form of arts like calligraphy and poetry are promoted but paintings and statues are illegal. Iconoclasm rules.
