Civil Service

Each Ministry/area of governance has its own staff who work for the Minister to help implement their agenda and keep day to day activities running.

Why would you willingly want to do work, you may ask? Your work will be different all the time and if you enjoy it (perhaps if you like writing or designing graphics for example), you'll find it worthwhile. Not only that, but you'll be able to visibly see your work used in the region and have pride knowing you did that. Not good enough for you? If you've ever considered running for office or becoming a Minister, having experience in that Ministry will go a long way in helping your chances.
