OVERVIEW The Serpens Land Army is the primary land warfare component of the Serpens Land Armed Forces. It currently consists of around 14,600 active personnel and 74,620 reserve personnel. The Serpens Land Army was originally formed in 1914 when a force was formed to fight alongside British forces in the Edrium Rebellion. After the succesion of the Republic of Erodesia from Serpens Land, the army saw little action until 1942. In August 1942, Serpens Land forces suffered heavy losses during the invasion of the Serpens Land territory of Diachen, leading to Serpens Land's involvement in the Imperial War. The modern Serpens Land Army is a capable force with the ability to deploy on missions overseas. They conduct peacekeeping missions, provide humanitarian aid, and assist in disaster relief across the Western Isles.
