CONSTITUTION OF AROS ELYIUM

S E C T I O N I
Executives and Senior Officials

Article 1° The Region will have in Leadership Two Executive powers, in the Founder and WA Delegate. The Founder and Delegate will work together to make Executive decisions as the Senior Officials of the Region assisted, when needed, by the Vice Delegate (Junior Official).

Article 2° The Senior Officials must both come to an Agreement to pass things onto the Executive.

Article 3° In the event of a tie the Junior Official will step in to make the tiebreaker vote.

Article 4° The Executives hold the right to veto bills and Amendments that pass through the Assembly. Vetoes can be overwritten by a 2/3rds majority in the Assembly

Article 5° The WA Delegate and Vice Delegate will be elected every three months by all Nations considered citizens of the Region. If a Delegate's term goes unfinished due to a resignation then the Vice Delegate will take over in their place; A new Vice Delegate will then be elected to fill the vacant role.

Article 6° A Delegate can serve four consecutive terms. After serving their fourth term the nation may run for the position once again, but they must wait two consecutive terms

Article 7° Both the WA Delegate and Vice Delegate can be dismissed by a vote of no-confidence in the Assembly. A vote of no-confidence must receive a 2/3rds majority.

S E C T I O N II
Legislative body (Aros-Elyium National Assembly)

Article 1° The legislation will have an opt-in voting body where the WA Citizens of the Region may choose to be members of the voting body or not.

Article 2° The legislative body may write and vote upon the legislation of the region.

Article 3° There will be a General Secretary voted from among the Assembly. Only the General Secretary can introduce bills to the Assembly. The General Secretary, themselves being a member of the Assembly may vote upon the legislation of the Region.

Article 4° The General Secretary will be elected every two months from within the Assembly.

Article 5° The General Secretary can be dismissed by a 2/3rds vote in the Assembly.

S E C T I O N III
Citizenship

Article 1° Nations may gain citizenship by having at least one nation within Aros Elyium.

Article 2° Nations who join the World Assembly and are endorsing the delegate may opt-in to the Assembly.

Article 3° Citizens can serve as Ministers and Judges, but only Assembly members can run for Delegate, Vice-Delegate, and General Secretary.

S E C T I O N IV
Judiciary

Article 1° Aros-Elyium will have access to a Court System used to pass judgment on some issues.

Article 2° There will be three Judges of the Court who must pass a verdict by a majority among them.

Article 3° The Judges will be appointed every six months by the current WA Delegate. The Assembly may veto an appointment by a 2/3rds majority. If an appointment is vetoed as such, the Delegate will make another appointment until an appointment passes.

Article 4° The Judiciary deals with issues such as citizenship applications, looking for breaches of the Constitution in new proposals, as well as Civil Disputes.


Judiciary Appealment Amendment

    ► The Right to Appeal:
    ⠀⠀• The Citizens of Aros Elyium have the right to appeal decisions of the Court
    ► Legitimize Appeals:
    ⠀⠀• Appeals must first go through the Assembly

    ⠀⠀• The Appeal must pass by a majority to be considered legitimate

    ⠀⠀• All future appeals for the same case must pass through the assembly

    ► Court Hierarchy:
    ⠀⠀• Upon a first appeal the court will reconvene with the addition of the GS on the bench.

    ⠀⠀• Upon a second appeal the the court will reconvene with the Senior Officials and GS on the bench

    ⠀⠀• Upon a third appeal, the court will reconvene with the Founder on the bench.

    ⠀⠀• The Founder will have the final verdict on said case after this third and final trial.

S E C T I O N V
Ammendments

Article 1° Amendments must pass through the voting body by a 2/3rds majority, then must be approved by the Senior Officials.
