Violent Uprisings Threaten Civil Peace In Eastern Chacapoya

Reports are coming in of violent uprisings in the eastern city of Dovsel, spurred by The Council's recent decision to maintain the national ban on aircraft.
Dovsel, a large manufacturing city, has had multiple demonstrations against the wider Refugian stance on eco-friendliness. A spokesperson for the movement, answering only to "Invisible Hand", issued a statement regarding the uprising.
"We, the free and proud people of Dovsel, demand the right to have our own elections, our own economy, our own planes and automobiles! We demand The Council remove our proud nation of independent citizens from the community of treehuggers here in Refugia, and give the country back to the people! Long live the revolution, long live the free market!"

Troops are moving in and the unrest is expected to be extinguished within the day.
