Relena Von Peacecraft was born on the 27th of April 1995 in the Medical Infirmary Station of Renov Castle (born 27 April 1995) is a Caucasian female, aged 25, Empress of The Holy Kingdom of Cassadua, Queen of the Saxonians, Bulgars, Bosanskans, and Kavkazians as well as an accomplished politician. She is a cold but empathetic and benevolent woman, if not slightly full of herself and awkward. She was born on the 27th of April in 1995 to Emperor Charles (VII) Von Peacekreaft and Empress Marianne (II) Von Peacekraft, whose family bloodline is of French descent with her ancestors being low-ranking nobility, having immigrated to the Kingdom shortly after the French Revolution. She is the third of five children, being the third oldest of the bunch.
Relena Von Peacecraft is the Head Of State of the Holy Kingdon of Cassadia, as the legitimate Monarch of the country, since she ascended to the throne on the 11th of December 2012. As Empress, she presides over a country of 304 million people, spanning almost five million square kilometers of territory. Cassadia being an absolute monarchy provides the Empress with the ability to make any legal, executive through the issuance of Royal Decrees that are rubber-stamped by the country's only de-jure lawmaking parliamentary body, The Congress of Regions, which by law cannot veto any legislation the Monarch submits to the Congress unless the Empress requests a ''conscience vote'' as per the role of the parliamentary body is to serve an advisory function besides ceremonial ones. Pertaining matters of military, the Monarch exercises absolute authority as Commander in Chief of the Royal Armed Forces as well as exclusive launch-command authority over the Holy Kingdom's nuclear arsenal of almost four thousand warheads, spread out among a Triad between the Land, Air-Force, and Navy component.

Relena's childhood and early life weren’t very dramatic or awe-inspiring. She was born under the forename “Relena” to Charles and Marianne on the 27th of April, 1995 in the infirmary of Renov Castle. Her father Emperor Charles Von Peacekraft was profoundly conservative and her mother Marianne respected this. Relena was the third child they had when they were only 52 and 24 respectively. Relena along with her second older sister, Ephermia, were looked after by Cornelia when not in the care or oversight of servants, spending their childhood days pulling off antics on their adult servant baby-sitters. Relena was born with deep, ice blue-colored eyes, which is widely regarded as a symbol of determination in Cassadia.
Relena's education is unique among world leaders in that she was privately educated by tutors rather than attend any institutions of learning, rather studying under the tutelage of hand-picked teaching professionals who taught Relena along with her siblings; arithmetics, physics, political science, history, English literature, geography, philosophy, and foreign languages; specifically Greek, English, and French. Because of this, the Empress gained a deep interest in the subjects she already had excelled in during her earlier education- history, economics, philosophy, and politics. Her drive to succeed was only fuelled furthermore by the tragic 2009 death of her mother as a result of complications from childbirth. A death that would rock with grief the Peacekraft family for a long time to come, long after the death of a woman who was the epitome of a Cassadian woman; a loving but strict mother and loyal, caring wife.
When she was 16 she joined the youth group of the Union of Cassadian National Legions, the country's prime monarchist political group, at the behest of Baron Punchev Lukov, a childhood friend of the future Empress, whom she deeply admired and viewed as a big-brother figure. She remained active in the organization until the weight of duty to the country would call upon her to step forth to lead the country.
Her Majesty's reign began with the notably unexpected death of her father Charles (Von) Peacekraft, dying from a heart attack on the 3rd of December 2011 while returning from an inspection of the construction of a dam on the Dunava river. Sparing no time to waste, the Regent of the Holy Kingdom of Cassadia who was also the Royal Prime-Secretary at the time; Alexander Lukashenko alongside the Congress of Regions, declared the minute decision to allocate dictatorial power that came with the Emperor rank to the Empress, as it is important to note that Relena had yet to marry and produce an heir to the throne. With no offspring, the Peacekraft faces a great predicament of having no direct legitimate heir.
The very next day, Relena took to the front stage, standing before an immense crowd of five hundred thousand, dressed in a prestigious satin white royal gown, inside the Carthage Cathedral of St. Peter. Such a large national presence was derived from the tragedy that had just struck just several months prior, the Peacekraft children, orphaned. It was in that very location, that the whole nation was taken aback by her moving, persuading message that she conveyed across eloquently. That she pledged to remain true to her father's legacy and continue on the two hundred year history of the Peacekraft family line. However, her approach to this would deviate from the norm, and reform is to be expected.

During her coronation, she was to be crowned by the Patriarch. The Patriarch would stand several steps above her as she stood and was crowned. As the pope took the crown and began to move it above her head, she took the crown herself and placed it upon her head. Later, Relena claimed that while the Patriarch gave her his blessing, she was crowned by God and not the church.
Her title is "Her Imperial Royal Majesty Relena I, Empress of the Cassadians, Queen of the Bulgars, Queen of the Saxonians, Queen of the Bosanskans, Queen of the Kavkazians."

- Like all people born on the Home Island of Cassadia; Relena is a baptized and confirmed member of the Cassadian Orthodox Church of Christ. Over which the Relena serves as its Spiritual Head and eathly representative according to the philosophical tenants of monarchical absolutism and the Natural Order. However, unlike the Monarch, the Patriarch of the Orthodox Church holds the ultimate say and power on matters of theology and Church teaching as well as legitimizing the rule though the Coronation rite and ceremony, which by Royal Law and more importantly Church teaching, only the Patriarch can preside over such an important function; thus making the Church one of the only institutions that have legally defined independence from the Monarch and the Crown-Government.
- Relena has been noted for her conservative and affirming of the Church's outlook in all manners of social mores in regards to gender roles, sexual relations, and the societal hierarchy shaped by Aristocracy and the special legal privileges and provisions allocated to the by Royal Law alongside the issue of live property, whose legality continues to be affirmed by Crown-Government authorities, leading to the Monarch; Justifying the existence of these institutions according to the many provisions that allow for such practices in the Bible which serves as the founding legal framework on which all legislation is formulated and put into effect.
- The reign of Empress Relena has been noted by its elevated sentiment and support for traditional and theocratic values with policies and altitudes on ''criminal anti-social elements'' enforced with reinvigorated zeal in regards to supporting persecution and prosecution of sexual minorities as well their ''allies'' as well as those who have been found guilty of assisting or procuring means of pregnancy termination. The starkest distinction of how altitudes have escalated on the part of a conservative society, theocratic civil and paramilitary factions often backed by local authorities of the Crown-Government have been the violent persecutions of sexual minorities in particular, with members of such communities being sentenced by the local courts to death, most often in a public execution by hanging from a crane, with hundreds, often thousands in attendance to witness the eerie spectacle.

Interaction, in-game has been described by those who have had encounters with them and contact, to be colorful bunch; With VelvetMistress445 proving to be an approachable, easy-to-talk-to player, even if having a certain level of exquisite speech in chat and DMs. Prima_DominaXXX, on the other hand, has been noted for being ''toxic'', prone to using a rich vocabulary of slurs while also proving herself to be an unreliable party member due to her aggressive and lone-wolf style of fighting during dungeon raids. Lastly, impressions of AzureToga have been limited as this player has behaved in a reserved manner, often-ignoring DMs outside of trades for items of very significant value.
Rumours abound Relena is envious of women with bigger breast measurements than hers, highly-likely having to do with her two elder sisters who shaped out to have well-rounded and shapely cup sizes; 35 F Cornelia and 30 B Euphemia respectively.
Several psychologists and medical professionals have come out with a statement that has alleged that the Empress of the Holy Kingdom is mildly on the scale of the Autistic Spectrum Disorder after several professionals within the medical field of psycho-analysis and body-language experts, came to a consensus in the conclusion of their final diagnosis, after a lengthy observational analysis of the Empress' speech patterns, body language and social behavior in public functions.
