The Constitution of The Social Commonwealth of Arichia

The Constitution of The Social Commonwealth of Arichia will provide protection of all individuals and groups within the nation under the law. All laws drafted and passed must not violate or interfere with the Constitution. The Constitution provides the highest law and also provides the planning of the government. The following seven articles can not be amended. All other articles are able to be amended with a supermajority of the Parliament.

The Constitution of Arichia is a protected document holding the rights of every being in the land, as well as how those beings will control the lands within the borders of our nation. Without law, there is no peace, life, or freedom within these borders. The values of peace, life, and freedom should not be kept only in Arichia but should be spread around the world with no interference from any. The nations of this universe will have borders to separate, but the values that we hold dear in this nation will leak and climb through any fence, mine, or wall that humankind puts in its way. This pacifist and peaceful nation can not bring destruction or terror to our neighboring allies, or even enemies. For we must seek solutions to disagreements with diplomacy and compromise, not bayonets or bombs.

Article One: The Freedom of Speech in the form of voice, press, and assembly is protected under the law. The speech of all must have protection for persecution in order to speak the truth without fear. Speech that is hateful, terrorizing, or destructive is not protected.

Article Two: The Practice of Religion and the Practice of no Religion is protected under the law. No individual may be barred from service due to their religious beliefs. Houses of Worship may be excluded where it would be found appropriate. Oaths will not deny or protect the existence of religions.

Article Three: All individuals' right to marry anyone one person is protected under the law. No individual may be barred from service due to their sexuality. Hateful speech against peoples under any sexuality will not be protected as free speech.

Article Four: Privacy is protected under the law. No individual's privacy may be invaded without a warrant from a local government. If a Law Enforcement Agent invades the privacy of a person, the government will provide compensation to the victim. A judge will decide the amount of compensation.

Article Five: A suspect's right to a fair trial is protected under the law. A fair trial requires a judge. If the suspect requests a lawyer or a jury, they will receive one. The suspect may appeal a local judge's or jury's findings to a state court. The suspect can only appeal the case to the Federal Courts if the case involves the Constitution.

Article Six: The Right to Vote or hold government office is protected under the law for those over the age of 16. No individual may be barred entering an election to hold government office based on their religious beliefs, sexuality, gender, or race.

Article Seven: The Right to End an Individual's Life due to medical complications is protected under the law. Euthanasia will be admitted by injection as a painless way of death. No individual will be forced to die by the government due to crimes.

The following articles may be revised, removed, added in addition to, or amended by a supermajority by Parliament. All revisions, removals, additions, and amendments may be reversed at any time after the passing of the aforementioned actions.

Article Eight: All individuals born in the borders of The Social Commonwealth are automatically made as a citizen. Immigrants may be citizens after taking an oath and a questionnaire. Arichians who emigrate to other nations may retain their citizenship as long as they return to the nation every three years. Dual citizenship is allowed. Beings with artificial intelligence may also become citizens.

Article Nine: The Council of Delegates provides the Government with a report of the people in The Social Commonwealth. The report provides the important needs of the people to Parliament. Local cities and townships will send delegates to discuss and create reports on what the people need. Rural populations and may send delegates as well. All members of The Council Of Delegates must leave the office after 2 terms. A term is mandated as two years in activity within the office.

Article Ten: The Local Governments of cities and townships may run local affairs as well as send delegates to the Council of Delegates.

Article Eleven: The Government of Arichia is elected by the people using a proportional system. The people elect members of Parliament who will choose a Prime Minister. A proportional system will be used throughout the nation. The Prime Minister runs the Executive Branch. The Parliament is the Legislative Branch that will draft laws and pass those laws. The Parliament will be able to install budgets, as well as recalls of all politicians in any part of the government. If the people request a dissolution of Parliament, the Parliament will do so, and an emergency election will be called for. The Parliament is for formal discussion only and formal voting. All members of Parliament must leave the office after 2 terms. A term is mandated as two years in activity within the office.

Article Twelve: The Prime Minister holds the position of Head of Government. The people also will elect a President and a Vice President. The President is the Head of State and represents the country in international affairs. The Vice President will represent the government in internal affairs. The Executive Branch will enforce laws, as well as lead the nation and provide support to the people in times of crisis. The Prime Minister may create a National State of Emergency and Crisis should it be appropriate to do so. The Parliament will meet every 30 days to report on if the State of Emergency and Crisis is still necessary at the current time. The President and the Vice President must leave office after two terms. A term is mandated as four years of activity within the office.

Article Thirteen: The Judicial Branch only exists to review laws and review cases involving the Constitution. The Judges of the Courts are elected by the people. Levels of Court are separated by Local, State, and Federal. All cases first go to the local district court. Cases between people of different states will go to the Federal Court of Interstate Relation. State courts will take cases of appeal. State courts have the right to close cases unless the Constitution is involved and thus the case will go to the Supreme Court of the Federation where the case will be decided and closed. The Judges of The Local level must leave office after two terms. A term is mandated as two years of activity within the office. The Judges of The State level must leave office after two terms. A term is mandated as four years of activity within the office. The Judges of The Federal level must leave office after two terms. A term is mandated as six years of activity within the office.

Article Fourteen: Government detaining buildings are not employed. A forced donation to society may be put as a punishment for a crime as put by a judge.

Article Fifteen: The State Governments of North Arichia, South Arichia, Khanka, and Sakhalin are delegated powers to run the states' internal needs and affairs.

Article Sixteen: The Western Territories are represented by three representatives who may vote only on bills that affect the Western Territories, or the nation as a whole. The internal affairs of the Western Territories are run by the Federal Government.

Article Seventeen: The territorial waters and lands of Arichia are administered by the Federal Government.

Article Eighteen: The following Agencies are run by the Federal Government, and their Agency Executives are appointed by the Prime Minister; Agriculture, Education, Energy, Health, International Affairs, Public Safety, Public Construction, State Affairs.

Article Nineteen: The full economy of the nation will be run by Artificial Intelligence and the government. All private enterprises will be banned and socialist policies are in place. The government will administer all international trade.

Article Twenty: Parental leave is mandated and paid by the government. Parental leave is allowed for six months.

Article Twenty-one: The selling and use of deadly firearms are banned. Firearms that are used for entertainment and has been determined to not cause significant injury or death are allowed under proper precautions. All deadly firearms are banned and may not be sold, imported, or exported. Smuggling is illegal and if caught will be ended immediately.

Article Twenty-two: The selling and consumption of meat and animal-based products are banned. All individuals must consume only plant-based foods. All products that use animals are banned and may not be sold, imported, or exported. Smuggling is illegal and if caught will be ended immediately.

Article Twenty-three: The selling and consumption of all alcohol products are banned for all individuals of any age. All products that use alcohol are banned and may not be sold, imported, or exported. Smuggling is illegal and if caught will be ended immediately.

Article Twenty-four: The selling and use of all tobacco products are banned for all individuals of any age. All products that use tobacco are banned and may not be sold, imported, or exported. Smuggling is illegal and if caught will be ended immediately.

Article Twenty-five: The selling and use of automobiles are banned for all individuals of any age. All automobiles are banned and may not be sold, imported, or exported. Smuggling is illegal and if caught will be ended immediately.

Article Twenty-six: The selling and use of cannabis and recreational drugs for all purposes are allowed for individuals over the age of 18.

Article Twenty-seven: All adults over the age of 18 who want to bear children, or adopt a child must take education on how to physically and mentally prepare for caring for children. A grade will be given based on the ability of the adult in which it will be determined whether they may, or may not bear children or adopt a child.

Article Twenty-eight: Children between the ages of six and sixteen will be given sex education in order to deepen the youth's understanding of the controversial, but necessary subject. Teachers will explain sex in an appropriate manner.

Article Twenty-nine: The confinement of non-human mammals, birds, reptiles, fish, and amphibians for any purpose other than for healthcare, or study provided permission by the government is banned.

Article Thirty: Citizens may be administered by law enforcement through an ID chip implanted under the skin.

Article Thirty-one: The use of the metric system is mandated in all healthcare, scientific, and commercial use is mandated.

Article Thirty-two: Arichia will remain an active member of The North Pacific until the region does not uphold the values of Liberty, Equality, and Diplomacy.

Article Thirty-three: Arichia will remain a member of the World Assembly until it does not uphold the values of Goodwill, Liberty, Equality, and Diplomacy.

Article Thirty-four: Arichia is a signature to an International Climate treaty to reduce Arichia's Carbon Emissions as a whole.

Article Thirty-five: Arichia will oppose the use of Weapons of Mass Destruction.

The Constitution of The Social Commonwealth of Arichia is the Supreme Law of the land within The Social Commonwealth's border. The document is a protected document of special status in The Social Commonwealth. In a time of crisis or complete destruction of the nation's government. The Constitution will be transported away from disaster.
