The Extiliari Empire is inhabited by a race known as the Extiliari, known for their reptilian features. The Extiliari aided Great Terra during the Period of Damnation through lend-leased soldiers. After the War of Vengeance however, the Extiliari look forward to exploiting their old ally's time of weakness.

For centuries, the Extiliari was once an absolute monarchy but was overthrown by it's own military after being defeated by the elves in 665 NAC causing a civil war. The military won and the Empire was restored under a single-party rule continuing to this day.
