Religion in Chacapoya

As some questions of religion have come up in local media recently, the Council wanted to reassure all citizens of the national policy of religious freedom.
You, as a Chacapoyan Citizen, are free to worship, or not, in any form you wish. In fact, some report there has been a religion based around the Council itself!

This will not protect you.
The Council does not consist of gods or extradimensional terrors, and no amount of grovelling will endear you to them. Happily, neither will it anger them, so go for it! What's the worst that could happen?
