MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS, GOVERNMENT OF SOUTH INDIA

EMBASSY POLICY

This present document, w.e.f. the twenty first day of June in the year 2020, shall be adopted as a reference guide for establishing correspondence between the Government of South India - hereinafter called the "government" - and all foreign regions - hereinafter called the "region" or "regions." Correspondence through the establishment of embassies shall be deemed legitimate if all following criteria are met. Exceptions to these criteria shall be decided upon by the government alone.

  • Must posses a, and support, democratic forms of government.

  • Must possess an active government with cabinet positions not being occupied by the same nation for more than a year.

  • Must have an active population of at least 10 nations, with at least 30% of its total population being World Assembly members.

  • Must be a region of peace and social acceptance. Regions engaging in discrimination based on gender, sex, race, disabilities, gender identity, sexual orientation, caste, language, and/or other social locations, will not be considered.

  • Must not be opposed to the World Assembly and/or any of its bodies.

  • Must not engage in raiding/invading nor consort with such regions.

  • Must engage in diplomatic relations with the government at least once in three months on the foreign minister level or higher.

Any and all exceptions to these criteria shall be decided upon by the GoSI through its Foreign Affairs ministry. Criteria is mostly relaxed for Indic and other South Asian regions
