The Constitution of Power



Preamble ~ We, the nations of Power, come together to form a Union that upholds democracy, liberty, and our unique culture.


Article A ~ Citizenship
  1. All residents of Power may apply for citizenship;

  2. Citizens shall all the right listed in Article B,

  3. Citizenship may be revoked by the court and executive order,

  4. Citizenship shall remain valid as long as the individual has a nation in Power.


  1. The right to a fair trial;

  2. The right to protest freely,

  3. The right to hold public office,

  4. The right to freedom of the press,

  5. The right to freely express and hold one's own personal views.


  1. The Governor shall be the Head of State in Power;

  2. The Governor's job shall be accountable for the smooth operation of Power,

  3. The Governor must report to the Federal Government on Power,

  4. The Governor has the right to veto any decision made both by the Senate and Cabinet,

  5. The Governor may via Executive Order, temporarily suspend the Senate, freeze the government, or dismiss a minister in only the most extreme cases.

    1. Any Decision vetoed by the President in the Senate may be overturned with a ⅔ majority vote,

    2. Any Decision vetoed by the President in the Cabinet may be overturned with a majority vote.


    1. The President shall be the Head of Government in Power;

    2. The President's job shall be to oversee and operate the Executive Branch,

    3. The President must actively lead the Cabinet of Power,

    4. The President has the right to veto any decision made both by the Senate and Cabinet,

      1. Any Decision vetoed by the President in the Senate may be overturned with a ⅔ majority vote,

      2. Any Decision vetoed by the President in the Cabinet may be overturned with a majority vote.


      1. The President shall appoint the Cabinet and have the power to remove any of its members, with the exception of the Founder and Governor. They shall be responsible for, at the minimum, appointing an Officer of Capital Affairs, an Officer of Domestic Affairs, and an Officer of Culture;

      2. The President and Vice-President are elected on the same ticket prior to the election. The President shall not be able to remove the Vice-President from Office,

      3. The Officer of Capital Affairs shall be charged with the oversite of ensuring the maximum representation of Power in the Capital is available, engagement with the citizens of Power through the regional nation The Province of Power, and communication with the other territories of Force.

      4. The Officer of Domestic Affairs shall be charged with the oversite domestic matters, ensuring new members of the region understand how the government works, and know about all the opportunities available to them.

      5. The officer of Culture shall be in charge of creating and running events for citizens of Power.


      1. The Senate shall consist of Representatives from Power, proportional to the number of citizens before an election. There shall be one seat in the Senate for every five citizens, with the maximum being six Senators.

      2. The Senate shall, if meeting the requirements for Federal representation, shall delegate the duties of a House Member to a Power Senator. They shall hold voting power within the Senate and represent Power as a House Member in the Capital.

      3. No Senator shall not have House Membership representing Power and be the Speaker of the Senate.

      4. The Senate has the right to repeal or pass laws.

      5. The Senate may pass or repeal laws with a majority vote for.

      6. The Senate has the right to impeach the following types of government officials for failing to perform one's responsibilities for serious misconduct or failing to perform one's duties.

        1. The President may be removed by a ⅔ majority vote from the Senate.

        2. The Speaker of the Senate may be removed on his positions as Speaker by a ⅔ majority vote from the Senate.

        3. Any other government official, with the exception of the Founder, the Governor, Cabinet Officers, and other Senators may be removed by a simple majority vote of the House


      1. Three Stages & Process of Elections

        1. Candidacy declarations shall be open for 3 days.

        2. The debate shall be held for 3 days.

        3. Voting shall be held for 4 days.

      2. Presidential Elections:

        1. Elections shall start on the first of January, April, July, and October, akin to the Senatorial elections.

        2. The candidate with the most votes shall be elected.

      3. Senate Elections:

        1. Elections shall start on the first of January, April, July, and October, akin to the Presidential elections.

        2. The candidate with the most votes shall become Speaker of the Senate.

      4. Citizens will vote for candidates as indicated in F-1


    1. Any member of the Senate may propose an amendment to this Constitution. If the Senate votes in favor of it, with a 3/4 majority, then it will be sent to the President and Govenor for approval, then it will then be sent to the citizens for a vote, lasting one week. If the citizens approve of the amendment with a 2/3 majority, the Constitution will be amended and the amendment will become law.
