Jack Nicholls' government was inaugurated on May 11, 2020
Jack Nicholls ran and was elected on a platform of a new unique Hopalian way forward, one that socialist, but was democratic and supportive of ordinary people trying to make money. He enacted many policies still in use today such as a ban on cars and compulsory organ donating. He also brought the economy out of a recession and back on track. As well as joining Hopal to The Union of Democrats. He focused on the economy above anything else passing legislation that brought the nation closer to capitalism. He tried to introduce Hopal to the world, and tried to be friendly to all nations the world, signing many agreements with many different countries. But his support and agreements with Baltic nrc, dictatorship caused mass outrage, and after apologized and called for a confidence vote, he was voted out of office.
