From now on, Archnox shall be ruled by an Emperor and 4 Pashas loyal to him. The Council of Pashas shall choose the Emperor, make laws and will be responsible of law enforcement. Residents may apply for citizenship after reaching 1000 points in Tatsu's system. In order to apply, they shall enter a citizenship test where they will be asked questions about their views. This test shall be regulated by the Council of Pashas.

The answers of the applicant shall be reviewed and discussed by the Council of Pashas. If the Council approves, the applicant shall be an honorable citizen.

Archnox should enable a knighting system for any member of our server that has done a great deed. The Emperor of the server/region shall knight the member in question. While the role wont be that important, it would be nice to have a cool role.
